Terrible service, the supposed free replacement cable is nowhere to be seen despite the broken cable being received back more than a month ago. Attempts to contact them come to nothing, according to the response from their Facebook page their repair website is down. It was an expensive cable, and the lifetime warranty is apparently worthless
Terrible site, its been down for days. Cant recognise my email it says i never registered when i have emails from 2024 saying i have. expensive product that now cant be replaced and honestly it costs me more to send it back than buy a new one on amazon! i regret buying it!
