Worse than bad, but that was the lowest rating available

This company is an absolute joke. However nice you think the products look in the pictures, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM you will only be wasting your time and money. I made the silly mistake of ordering a hat from here. it took so long to arrive (it honestly would have been quicker to learn how to become a milliner and make one myself). When it finally arrived it was wholly redundant as I needed it weeks beforehand. Unofrtauntely, due to Forever21's incompetence their system is still showing my item in the 'processing order' stage, so I cannot return it or get a refund. I have contacted customer services four times about this now and just keep getting fobbed off. they will not disclose the email or telephone number for customer services management and the virtual chat agents just cut you off when you ask them to resolve the situation for you. An utter shambolic joke. Fingers crossed people will realise this and they will go out of business soon.

Awful service

Terrible customer service, they are trying to keep your money. They dont want to refund after cancellation an order. They are not sending the products you order. Everything about this company is awful! Dont shop from here

They don't want your returns and want to keep your money

No issues with order (other than it took longer than expected to arrive). I am in UK. Massive issues returning and getting my money back. No return label, no instructions. Spoke to 6 "live chat" people with no results other than extreme frustration. "Yes we will book a collection, sorry the last 5 didn't turn up..." Returned at the end by registered mail (paid by me, despite "free returns" and still waiting for money. The WORST customer services I ever experienced. considering getting CCJ for my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely APPALLING service from forever21. Avoid at ALL costs. Any positive reviews here are fake and written by the company. I placed an order in early April, to be told a week later one item had been cancelled. After going back and forth for over a month to try and receive my order, I have been told today it has been cancelled and refund issued.
The customer service team told me sooo many lies I don’t even know where to start! For a month it was either automated responses or lies or rude attitude, ending chats et. First I was told that it had been dispatched and they were awaiting an update from the courier. FOR THREE WEEKS! Then I was told today the order was never sent and it has been cancelled and a refund processed. No offer of compensation, no apology. Just terrible. Will never order from this company again. They could’ve just told me the truth, refunded the order and I would’ve reordered it and hoped for the best.

No wonder they’ve been made bankrupt in the USA! Only a matter of time before they get shut down completely.

Wish zero stars was a choice

Wish zero stars was a choice! Items arrived with very strange sizing, poor stitching and mostly see-through. No returns label or instructions were provided so went via chat portal to get a label as website advised. The agent claimed to have sent the label but it never arrived. It took THREE further attempts at contacting them to get a label and RMA number because the agent kept saying 'we've sent the label, check your spam' (I did, nothing, even gave them an alt email to try, nothing) and then closing the conversation session before I could reply. I asked for the return address to just pay for the return myself and they point blank refused to give it to me. Honestly cannot believe the farce and the lengths they went to to avoid giving me a refund. We'll see if my money ever turns up. Glad I used a credit card.

I’d put a no stars if I could

I’d put a no stars if I could. Been a nightmare from start to finish my clothes didn’t arrive till 3 weeks after I had ordered them then after they were sending me emails once they had arrived saying there’s a delay on your order even though I recieved it. You cannot put a return through on there website for some reason you have to wait till the chat is open to ask for a refund link so that took until I was off one day to get to speak to them. Returned my items over 2 weeks and I must of sent them about 10 emails and not heard anything from them about my refund! Will never order from this site again!

Forever 21 customer service is… HORRENDOUS

Forever 21 customer service is absolutely ridiculous and the lost a customer today. They are offering an additional 50% off if you use the app, however after trying to get on the app for 2hrs, all I could get was a white home page with the logo while it continued to buffer. So I started a chat with CS, only for the first 4 to disconnect from convo, finally on the 5th try the rep said there was nothing they could do that it was an app IT issue. So I called CS, the first person I spoke to was incredibly rude, kept speaking over me & told me that my request to speak with a supervisor wasn't important info to transfer, then he hung up on me. He did also tell me that it was an app IT issue. I called again spoke with someone new, I explained that the app wasn't working (which he said was an IT issue) I asked if they could give me a code to use on the website since THEIR app wasn't working and he said "nope, it is not possible, wait a few hrs to try the app again". The bad part is that 3 of the items say only 1 left, so if I wait they may be gone. I asked to speak with a supervisor again, he also told me that this wasn't important enough to transfer, in which I responded "am I not the customer, I am asking for a supervisor, how is this customer service!" He finally got a supervisor on the phone, I yet again explained the situation and even after she also said it was an app IT issue, she told me to uninstall and install the app again, clear the cache, etc, which I didn't before reaching out in the 1st place. She then tells me that I need to wait 3-4hrs to make the purchase on the app and that they can't offer a code to match the 50% off on the app. I seriously can't believe this is their customer service, if YOUR app isn't working shouldn't you offer your customers that same pricing on their website! Sadly, as much as I wanted to purchase these items I will no longer do so because I am NOT about to give them any of my money after all this. It isn't like I was asking them to make a code for no reason, I think that if their app isn't working and you can't use the code on there, they should be able to offer the code to use on their website. To me, this is absolutely absurd & their customer service reps need more training on how to handle situations & talk to customers.

Buyer beware , Didn't receive my order from Forever21

I ordered a Sheer Crochet Lace Kimono jacket, & added my current address at checkout, however, it was sent to an old address I lived at over 4 yrs ago. Customer service stated that they wouldn't do anything & that even if you update your address, it can still go to an old address, They refuse to follow up or refund the money

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Horrific. I order the women's paper bag shorts in the black and light was color in the size 29 and they came 2 complete different sizes one way to big the other way to small. I ordered them online knowing they had free in store returns thinking that I would be able to get a full return for my items. Nope. I’m still missing $8 and according to customer service shipping is never refunded at any store you make returns to. They also gave me less money back in tax then I had to pay since I had to travel an hour to my nearest forever21 store. Anyways I will never drop another dime at a store that they think this is acceptable at.

Pathetic customer service

I ordered several items online and the size chart on description page sucks. All items are small in size and now they say they cannot be exchanged. What kind of pathetic customer service is this? They hung up on you and when I chatted second time, it was a long chat with same response. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE. BEWARE!!

This company does not deserve one star

This company does not deserve one star. They are criminals getting away with stealing people's gift card money through 'technical problems'. I had a $100 gift card for Christmas, put my order together online and put in my gift card info and the page timed out and didn't finish processing my order. But in the process, my gift card was charged, but I never received any order number, email, or anything in the mail. I have contacted many, many times and every time they have told me to wait another 3-5 business days to get my card reimbursed, and at this point it's been weeks and I still have $0.62 and it's just not worth any more of my time to fight them about getting my money back because obviously, after reading the reviews, they are doing this a lot and getting away with it. But it is criminal. It is the equivalent of walking into the physical store, handing your selections to the cashier with a $100 bill, and the cashier keeps your cash and refuses to give you your purchase. That is theft, and some lawyer should be gathering info for a class action. Where are the regulatory agencies? Better Business Bureau? Consumer protection agencies? It's too bad because they do have cute clothes at good prices but maybe the reason they can have such low prices is because they get away with amassing stolen gift card money from small fish like me who know it's not worth the time and money to hire a lawyer over a $100 gift card. But those add up, I'm sure they are making a lot of money for nothing as criminals tend to do. Everyone affiliated with this company should be ashamed of themselves.

P.S. In a couple years I fully expect to get a check for $4.93 for being a part of the class action, and I'll use it to buy a tablespoon of gasoline.
