NEVER do business with Forever 21!!!!

I still have no resolution on what seems to me to be a rather straight forward & simple matter. I purchased a gift card for my daughter as a Christmas present on 12/14/21. Everything on the website indicated that it would arrive in time. The card finally showed up a month later, after I had to give my daughter an alternative gift. The organization did not deliver what was offered. I have reached out repeatedly and have received no assistance to date.

Awful

Awful. Sold me a jacket. I bought the matching toque for $10. Shipping was $6.99. Hadn't had my order pushed into shipped. Wrote to them. "Sorry item is sold out." Didn't care that they sold me an item they showed in inventory. Then received toque. Asked for Shipping back and inquired why inventory wasn't proper. No resolution. Simply said "No" to shipping refund.

Went in to pick up my order the cashier…

Went in to pick up my order the cashier was contacting the manager she kept asking for the name multiple times as if they didn’t believe we where the right people for our purchase.the manager then comes up to us and asked us again for the name she then asked for I.D after we showed the online receipt.I show her my I.D and without my permission she just takes off with my drivers license.this felt very unprofessional and a lil prejudice! I won’t be shopping there anymore..

Hey y’all,
I purchased two dresses on Thursday and got an ‘it’s on the way ‘ email the next day and even now, the item hasn’t moved anywhere, there’s no tracking number anywhere, not with the email or even on the website. I’ve had read all the negative reviews on here and a bit worried, I ordered those dresses as a wedding guest for my sisters wedding. I made a previous order and the item came the next day without a tracking number and no updates. Should I worry?

They are the absolute garbage of customer service. They hung up on me three times and I still don’t know where my refund money went to after three months of trying to call and figure it out. The last time I spoke with them they said I was going to be redirected to the F21 credit card company and they just completely hung up on me. Worst service ever

Refuse to refund my money after THEY canceled it

Forever21 took the money out of my account for an online order the canceled my order for “billing” purposes. So I confirmed with the bank that forever 21 did in fact receive my payment so I called customer service and forever 21 back and told them they received my money and that they need to ship my order. They then insisted they can’t do that and that I should get a refund within 3 days of the order cancellation. At this point it’s already been EIGHT days and I don’t have the refund. They refused to take the order number to look further into the issue and told me I just had to keep calling if I don’t get my refund. I called the bank back and they said there were zero issues with “authorization” like forever 21 claimed. So basically Forever 21 stole my money and customer service was rude to me and basically told me “too bad so sad”

Horrible Customer Service!

I have been fighting with customer service for 6 weeks now. Beginning of December, the online return systems in store were down, but when I called customer service I was assured the shipping charge would be waived if I returned by mail. I trusted this, big mistake, and they absolutely charged shipping. When I call, I get customer service agents who can't think outside the box and keep telling me to wait another billing cycle. But the credit I am supposed to get is on a gift card that is issued by Forever21...so why do I have to wait for a billing cycle on my bank statement? No one tries to understand this, they give me the standard wait a billing cycle (which it's already been one if it was relevant), and the agent actually hangs up/close the chat! So disrespectful.

Customer Service doesn't care so I'm sharing this for potential customers

I was wondering why I haven't shopped at f21 in so long, and today and yesterday helped me remember why. I went to a store yesterday and nothing had a price on it. You had to scan a QR code. So I scanned the code for a jacket I wanted to buy. It pulled up the webpage where it said it was on sale for $32. I was like cool. So I went to the counter to buy it, and it's $65. We went back and forth about how the item isn't priced, online it's half that price, and she said online they do promotions that they don't do in the store. She said some locations price-match but the one I was standing in doesn't so I had to pay full price. How confusing and messed up is that? I got the jacket anyway, but I just felt so gross about it when I got home last night, and still felt weird about the whole thing when I woke up. There's no place to send feedback of course, so I used their chatbox. I told them I just wanted to share feedback about my experience. They were SO RUDE. They wrote me off, telling me to just go to the store to return it then. I wasn't even asking them to give me money, but to understand what a confusing and unfair position they put me in. If I went to a different store the same exact jacket would be $32 but because I was in the wrong one it was twice the price? And they refuse to acknowledge that this would be somewhat cleared up if they just priced their in-store items in the first place. If they're going to be different prices wherever you go, at least put the price on it. Anyway, this reminded me why I never go to this headache of a store and I will never go back. I don't even like looking at the jacket anymore and I'm going to return it.

They never sent the items and kept my money

I used gift cards to pay for my $67 order. Immediately took a screenshot shot of the order number. The next day the order "didn't exist" yet the funds were no longer on the card. Each time I contact them, they said I would hear back from them in 48 hours. I've now been told that 3 times and its been 2 weeks. One agent i spoke with even admitted similar "glitches" have happened before.. Zero resolution and I'm out $67. Seems illegal.

Bad service

I purchased two outfits for my daughter for Christmas. I bought them on November 5, received them on November 15 and wrapped them. She opened on Christmas eve and they were cheap and fit awful. I called that day to return them and I was told it was beyond the 30 days. I even asked for a manger and they would not make an exception even though it was a Christmas gift.

I placed an order 12/10/21 for $300. I was told the order had shipped would be delivered on Wed. 12/14/21. Never received order, called csr, was told my package was "signed for", now my order is under "INVESTIGATION", checked the status of "INVESTIGATION", 12/27 telling me to write back 12/29 for updated information. I didn't go thru any of this when I gave my hard earned $$$$$$

Absolutely shocking

DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!! I Ordered almost £100 worth of items for Christmas presents on 3rd December. On 9th December Hermes (separate review for that company also) I received an email stating parcel had been delivered, problem was it hadn't. Hand in the proof of delivery photo was not mine (delivery drivers I'm guessing). I got in touch with Hermes immediately who opened a case. 3 messages later saying my case was still being looked into and still no solution. Fast forward to trying to get in touch with Forever21 😂🤣😡. Live chat link does not work. 3 emails stating a reply within 48 hours but not followed up. Finally got onto a live chat (not easy) give in the details and I was asked to wait while it was looked into. 50 MINUTES LATER!!!! No sign that anybody was still there, no waiting signal, I wrote 'are you there, its been a while'......NOTHING!!!!
I still have no idea what is happening. No delivery, no refund, no reply to emails, nobody at the end of the live chat. Hence, no Christmas present for my daughter. Disgraceful in every sense of the word. Never again Forever21. I think I can kiss goodbye to my hard earned money and also in faith in your store.
Not one to write bad reviews BUT this has been the worst service ever. I haven't even been fobbed off, just completely ignored

Super bad customer service and policy

Super bad customer service and policy.
I ordered two crop tops and received just one. I had paid shipping for the items. When I received the item, there was just one and the package was open. I tried calling customer service and he would not reorder or give any credit for the shipping cost. He just told me to order again which i have to pay shipping again. There was no manager to talk to. The same thing happened when I tried to chat with a customer service. Very bad policy and service. This was the first time I was buying from F21 and will be the last. Very bad experience.

Don’t order online if you live in the…

Don’t order online if you live in the UK or Europe! I’ve bought some great things from the physical Forever 21 store in America but ordering clothes was a nightmare. The clothing didn’t look like the photos (some photos were slightly more accurate than others but none were perfect) and the returns options are awful.

I also tried to add a review to the website and it wouldn’t let me.

My review of the ‘ Striped Patternblock Shirt Dress’:
The shirt looks more vibrant in real life. The pink and light blue areas are somewhat similar to the photo but the green stripes are more of a Christmas tree green shade and it looks a little strange next to the pastels. The shirt fits pretty well; it’s a good length but I found the material to be a little stiff and I thought it would look more flattering on and sinch more at the waist.

Probably should have checked before purchasing but found out the hard way that it’s very expensive to return (to use the Forever 21 prepaid label costs almost £20)

Lying to generate sign ups

I purchased $300 worth of stuff. I signed up for text which gave me a promo code. It says that I can use the code immediately but it doesn’t work on my cart. After calling customer service, I was told that while Forever21 has a sale going on that I wouldn’t be able to use the promo. Why would they send out texts giving out a promo code saying I can use it now, if I can not? That’s crazy.
When I asked when the code will be available, I was told when the sale ends. So I asked if there is a date that the sale will end and they said no. So basically Forever 21 lied to get more sign-ups and expects customers to just keep checking the site for the sale to end. Forever21 could of easily sent the promo text saying it is active after a specific date, instead of lying and saying to apply to cart now. I will be unsubscribing from the mailing list and texts.

I bought $60.00 worth of clothes and NOTHING FIT and they refused to give me a refund, exchange, or credit. Do they expect people to just wear something HUGE on them??? Never buying from them again.

Horrible Experience with Forever 21

This is my first shopping experience with Forever 21 at Arbor Place Mall. My daughter picked out a dress for Christmas from the clearance rack. We proceeded to checkout waiting in line while the cashier sucked on a lollipop. The exchange/refund policy was never mentioned. This purchase was made 11/24/21. My daughter tried the dress on when we got home and the dress was too tight. I returned to the store on 11/28/21 with the dress unwashed, unworn, tags still on the garment and the receipt in hand to simply exchange the dress for a bigger size NOT TO RETURN and was told I couldn't exchange the item. I asked to speak with the manager and the cashier stated her name was Lauren and she was the manager. Proceeded to request the corporate number and once I called I was told to give the item to someone else or donate it and was then hung up on. Don't shop here the customer service is very poor, the employees are very rude and their policies for exchange are ridiculous. I would give this store ZERO STARS.

Awful quality

I bought a hoodie for my daughter. She wore it once and I washed it in delicate cycle and didn't put it in the dryer and she couldn't wear it anymore because it looks like 20 years old. Really expensive and awful quality. So disappointed I am not going to buy in Forever 21 ever again.
