Good broker but one major drawback
I am pleased with the quality of Forex.com's services, the platform, the order execution, the support from my advisor, and the ease of depositing and withdrawing funds via bank card and especially PayPal. However, I am very unhappy when you are asked for a statement of all your account transactions to justify a transfer, when a simple bank statement with your name on it should suffice! This measure, intended to be protective, is absolutely intrusive and abusive!

While we strive to make our withdrawal process as seamless as possible, we must balance this with our duty as a regulated firm to verify details under the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines set forth by our regulator. We are required to withdraw the funds back to the exact same personal bank account used to fund your trading account.
Our withdrawal process is as follows: deposited funds must be returned to the originating source. Excess funds, or profits, may be withdrawn via bank transfer or wire. If you add a new bank account to withdraw excess funds, we are required to validate ownership of the account by requesting a bank statement.

The difference was JJ!!!
Honestly the difference was JJ!!!! I was considering going to another platform that could be a little more time efficient because I need to be able to trade asap, but after talking with JJ he was SO HELPFUL and re assured me in my initial decision with FOREX. I would have left but knowing you guys have some people who are ELITE customer service reps made me decide to stay. He even called me back to make sure I had all the information I need to speed the process up. THANK YOU JJ!!!!
