The balconette seems fine the problem was delivery. We required it within 24 hrs by mid day the following day. We understood if we ordered before midday it would arrive by midday the following day. We paid the usual delivery and then almost £100 on top for 24 hr delivery. The delivery took place 16.30 the next day causing considerable problems for our builders and ourselves as the head of the construction Co. Stayed to help move the balconette from pavement delivery although he had a prior meeting arranged. We asked for a refund of the special delivery cost but we're told, pleasantly, not possible. Just be aware of delivery times before paying excess.

Very helpful and good keenly priced product (customised Teesdale ballustrade). Quick delivery once ordered, would have been 5 stars but they were in the process of relocating and getting the initial technical advice was a bit protracted. That said, highly recommend

Great service, great products and excellent value for money. All questions from me (and there were a few!) answered perfectly and the team were very patient. Finished product is brilliant and perfectly compliments our new build barn conversion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Forjj and will definitely be back!

My bespoke gates were just the job and hanging the gates was straight forward.

We were so happy to have found Forjj! They are a fantastic firm - beautiful product (a custom-made gate) at a good price and their communications were excellent too.

They provided technical drawings to show exactly what they proposed to make for us, but we asked them to tweak it so they produced another drawing for exactly what we wanted. The gate came in good time we’ll packaged and it’s exactly what we wanted.
