My expectations were overly meant! Very nice design, i did change the picture and asked for an update but it was sent anyways so that was a little scary! But i know my boyfriend will love it and cant wait to see his reaction. The colors are very vibrant and its just beautiful! Will be buying again!

Purchased. Absolutely laughable, low-brow "quality" is an understatement.
Hiccups in the embroidery, misspelled words, ugly graphics...
Emailed and politely said I would send back and wanted a refund. They said to keep it and would give me 15% back!!!!

i purchased this as a present and it was perfect. the stitching was impeccable and the likeness of the pet was on point.

No matter what you do avoid this garbage company at all costs. Terrible customer service. Absolute joke of a stitching job they sent me. It looks like a 5 year old used crayons to draw the cat on my sweater. Do not shop here.

There is no perfect company. What differentiates one company from another is the customer service. I got a hoodie smaller than the one I ordered and right away they replied me and sent me a new one without extra cost. The hoodie quality is good and it is very beautiful. Thank you For Lover Gift for caring.

If I could give them -1 star, I would. They lead you to believe that you will get you gift with a couple weeks, but when you read the fine print, processing time could take 3-7 days, shipping time could take 7-14 days meaning it could take anywhere from 1-3 week, but they purposely don’t give you a more specific time frame. I had family coming in from out of the country for the holidays, had personalized sweatshirts made for them. After 1 week, I realized that it will likely take a month to get my gifts, I attempted to cancel it, they claimed that my package was in progress, which was a lie, because according to tracking, my package didn’t ship for another 5 days, so basically, they didn’t even ship it until almost 3 weeks after I made the order AND my family had already returned home every interaction I had with them, they gaslit me and manipulated me into believing the package was going to arrive any day, but it actually took a month to get the package. When I complained, they offered a 10% refund, but it is going to cost about $50 to ship the gifts to Spain where my family is! To top it off, one of the sweatshirts was off-center. Which the offered another 10% off, or I could get a refund if I ship it back to them in China and I have to pay shipping! Disgusting company. Don’t do it, they suck.

Total scam! I paid $65.00 for a sweatshirt. Almost a month later I received a kids bracelet instead and email says it was delivered. Attempted to reconcile this through the contact email attached to the confirmation email and I was told that they didn't have any record of me ordering anything. Total scam!!

They sent me a custom embroidered garment that had loose in torn stitching, and the embroidered image looked nothing like my dog
This company tries to make it seem as if they are reputable and based in the United States.This is a chinese company that is selling very low quality.Items. If you receive your item at all it will not be what you expect. Please stay away from this company. The custom image looked nothing like the picture I sent and they wanted to offer me a 14$ refund fir a 60$ product. One shoulder of the garment t was larger that the other and the sleeves were irregular.

I absolutely loved the design! It was such a clever present. My one and only complaint was the system being a little bit confusing. On the sleeve it had a paw but I assume I left it blank and the word “English “ was written under the paw instead of my dogs name or just a simple paw.

Received the tshirt however it has a big square line on the front. Looks very unprofessional. I complained and was told these are "locator lines" which will wash out.
It was a gift so it is very disappointed it looked like this!!

I ordered a sweat shirt and t shirt on 10 December 24 hoping to arrive by Christmas. You can't cancel or return. The items did not show up until 3 Jan 25. Paid $68. Poor quality drawings. The picture sewed on the shirts did not look good. It was smaller compared to the website. Took forever to arrive and not worth it at all. Waste of money!

I ordered a custom sweatshirt on November 3 and it is now Jan 3. I still have not received the order and the shipping information they provide is absolutely useless. I'm more convinced than ever it is a scam except for those who left reviews stating what crap products they received. I'm not holding out any hope and the $55 is probably lost to the wind. My own fault for not vetting the site better beforehand. DO NOT BUY from this company. There are dozens of companies on Etsy that will do the same, but better and quicker.

I bought these for my ok lady and she loved them. She takes them everywhere we go on our dates. I love that they make her smile.
