Tiggy has truly put together my ideal holiday - a dream location with exceptional amenities, top tier coaching and fast paced workouts, incredible restaurant quality food every meal and true sense of escape and freedom. What else can you ask for !

What a week!! From the stunning villa, to the amazing food, the spicy work outs and great excursions, I couldn’t have asked for more. It really felt like I was holidaying with friends.

Incredible experience even for someone that doesn’t work out much! Tiggy and James were so accommodating and would answer any questions I had particularly on the form of certain workouts. I will definitely be going on the next one!

I went on the Fortis Morocco escape and had a great time! The fact everything is organised for you means you can really relax and focus on enjoying the week. Tiggy and James thought of everything and accommodated different requests and requirements. Each workout is optional and scalable, but there's definitely something for everybody. I loved the excursions throughout the week too which gave us the opportunity to see a little more of Morocco and experience some culture.

They've got a great energy that they bring to each day and I'd definitely recommend!

Wow. What a week.!!!
From the moment I arrived at the villa I instantly felt at home and relaxed.
I Spent 6 beautiful nights in this amazing villa with a great group of people and I even made some new friendships.
My room was spotless and spacious with a great view of the mountains, my bed was so comfortable I even stayed in it all day while the others went hiking 😜. Which takes me onto the daily workouts with Tiggy and James, these workout were all optional ( think I missed 2 out ). Throughout the week there was running, Hitt classes, team workouts which were so much fun, we also had a hand stand coach Sophie, it was refreshing to learn a new skill…. something different. There were also days out and about (again all optional). We visited a CrossFit gym which was just awesome in fact it was one of my highlights. There was a hike up the mountains but I was shattered and wanted to chill in the villa which wasn’t a problem.
We also visited the souks market even though it wasn’t for me it was great to see their culture. We went to this beautiful restaurant for dinner another highlight of my trip oh and not forgetting the quad biking in the desert… sooo much fun. We also got lots of chill time around the pool soaking up the sunshine.. just what I needed.
The food was authentic there was breakfast, lunch pre dinner drinks and snacks while watching the sunset and then dinner. Beautiful food great wine and a lovely group of people which I would so go away with again. Tiggy and James have done a great job at putting together what I think a perfect holiday is. Thank you and save me a place for may 2025.

My first trip away from baby (9 months post birth). A retreat for my body and mind. Something for me and this was everything and more. Firstly Tiggy and James organised the most incredible week, from the villa which was the absolute dream to workouts to excursions and food. The people on the trip too made it enjoyable too, and as a first time exhausted mum I felt very much at ease. There was no pressure to do alll the workouts or excursions - `I could dip in and out as I felt I wanted - and felt rested, revived and a step closer to getting myself back. Thank you

An incredible week filled with beautiful weather, group fitness sessions, savouring Greek cuisine and wine, discovering islands by bicycle, and an incredible day on a boat to finish off. James and Tiggy are welcoming and charming hosts, with an appetite for spicy workouts!

I really want to thank Tiggy and James for a fantastic week. They really thought of absolutely everything. It was the perfect balance of activities with the opportunity to relax…. I actually finished an entire book in a week! They had clearly researched every aspect and that didn’t go unnoticed; from the luxurious villa, to the amazing chef who made sure that every dietary requirement was catered for, to the bike tour where we were treated to wonderful views, history and insider tips on where to get the best ice cream. There are far too many highlights to name them all and I genuinely felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. Any anxiety about travelling with people I didn’t know and with whom I worried I wouldn’t have anything in common with, was quickly alleviated because everyone was so friendly (I should have known this would be the case because Tiggy and James are both awesome and attract only wonderful people into their lives).

Greece 2023 with Fortis was simply brilliant due to a combination of great workouts, delicious food and friendly, fun people. The excursions were an added bonus and we laughed a lot! Highly recommend this escape for fitness, health and the soul!

Where to start! A cracking week of weather, workouts and fun. The preparation, planning and thoughtfulness put into this holiday by Tiggy & James is hard to do justice in the written word! As hosts they deliver this incredible blend of encouragement, inclusivity and care to offer a week of luxuriousness and enjoyment that you will struggle to find anywhere else.

A stunning location, a luxe villa, incredible guests and a variety of workouts culminate together to bring a holiday that perfectly balances fitness and relaxation. Outside of the varied and fun workouts, the quality and luxury of the Fortis Escape is seen from the attentiveness of the daily cleaners, the culinary craftsmanship of the in-house chef and the day trip to Spetses. This luxuriousness is bettered further by the boat day where a private yacht is chartered around the Peloponnese islands.

Highly recommended and looking forward to Fortis Greece 2024.

Great trip with great people. Perfect balance between luxury holiday and fitness retreat. Tiggy and James are the perfect hosts. Beautiful villa setting, workouts suited to all ranges and abilities, an amazing in house chef and house keeping team and the opportunity to enjoy some of the local tourism attractions like a bike ride around Spetses island and a boat trip around some of the Peloponnese coast. Can’t wait to go on the next Fortis retreat!

This truly was an incredible trip and an escape to a slice of paradise. Tiggy and James are the most incredible hosts/coaches/organisers/friends and I was blown away at the level of luxury we experienced and how above and beyond they went to make the week what it was. I could write a whole review just about the villa (seriously wow!) it was STUNNING with beautiful coastal vistas at every turn. I felt like I was staying in a private hotel as we had chefs cook all our meals for us (which were so tasty, fresh and varied) and someone came to clean your room every day, all whilst in the comfort of a villa - what more could you ask for!
The schedule for the week was brilliant, plenty of varied workouts (get ready to get your sweat on) from circuits to running and from yoga to boxing there really was something for everyone! Plus the tennis court, pool and sea with paddle boards and kayak were always at your disposal!
Then our excursion days really were the icing on the cake - the e-bike tour of Spetses and boat day out on a Catamaran, all I can say is WOW WOW WOW!
This trip was everything I needed and more, I’ve come home feeling rested and relaxed but also stronger and fitter and ready to take on the week!
I could not recommend a Fortis trip more - as long as Tiggy and James are organising you won’t regret it!
