A half-baked software offering
A half-baked software that cannot handle the full expense and invoice cycle. Overly dependent upon journal entries to accomplish basic accounting tasks. Having come from running a UK company for 17 years, it has been a shock at how basic the software offering in Sweden is. Night and day difference, with Fortnox a long way behind.

In product guides fail
I have tried to follow steps of some of the accounting and product usage and the guide STOPS saying "the step could not be found".
Other than this, for now the product is doing what is suposed to do.

Not good UX.
After buying a lagerbolag from Fortnox, I felt abandoned, not being put on a plan. I had to re-register, which was counter-intuitive, considering that the company was from Fortnox itself.
Since then, the UI is confusing to me.
Overall, a workable experience with an accountant's help, but not one that I'd recommend to others.

Don't use their 'invoice service'
I've lost thousands each month to their 'invoice service'. They add delay fees to my customers (even though I have it turned off in settings) and when I tell support that I already have an agreement with the customer for this, they say I instead have to pay Fortnox, just to get my money, which the customer has already payed and which should be forwarded to my account.
Fortnox is an alright app but their invoice service should be considered theft in my opinion.

The program works fine but the price of…
The program works fine but the price of the subscription went up after only 3 months. So you cannot trust them in term of the price advertised. I am in a 12 month subscription period and I should have the correct initial price till the end of the 12 months contract, but no.... they can change it however they want. So is not a trustworthy company!
