I had a problem with my camera connecting to Zoom. Josh Tyler delivered at least 45 minutes of blood, sweat and tears (1) checking to see if anything was askew with my computer [it was not]; (2) trying NUMEROUS combinations of changes / options to see if that would help[it did not]; and (3) damn near re-inventing the Zoom app all by himself. He would have been justified giving up on several occasions [but he DID NOT.] The problem clearly & demonstrably lies with the Zoom administrators themselves. MY problem was therefore 100% SOLVED, and Josh left me pointed in the most helpful direction for a resolution. He ought to be commended for his good nature, patience, knowledge and expertise. Thank you.
