What you could do is communicate with your customers. I have heard nothing since 2021. Just feels like a scam. I'm going to get in touch with HMRC to see if a claim has been made. Go with an alternative company if you need to make a claim then at least you might get a result before you die.
Poor communication, took 16 months to process a simple tax claim.
I did a similar tax claim with another company who took 2 months in comparison.
They never updated me through the entire process either.
So unfortunately on this occasion I am going to have to give a one star
