Excellent advice and support when placing orders.
Since purchasing a Canon Pro 310 printer from Fotospeed last November, I’ve made a number of subsequent orders for papers and ink cartridges and, most recently, a new monitor and screen calibrator.
Being comparatively new to printing and colour management, I’ve invariably had questions and sought advice with each order - as well as when printing images.
In every case, the level of response from the sales and technical teams at Fotospeed has been exemplary, and has been a huge factor in encouraging and educating me on my journey into printing.

I was reasonably happy with Fotospeed
I was reasonably happy with Fotospeed, I've retained one star because although I ordered before 3pm on a Thursday, which should have meant next-day delivery, my item wasn't delivered until Monday. Also the DPD link for the tracking wasn't working, so I emailed on the Friday but didn't get a reply until after the item had been delivered on the Monday, so had no idea if it was coming that day, the next day or whenever.

Excellent practical photo printing day
Tim gave excellent sessions on colour profiling, setting the computer for optimal printing and lots of useful tips.
In the afternoon, we could use their state-of-the-art printers and any of their superb papers to print onto.
The teaching suite at their base in Calne is perfect for this.

Excellent customer service, we had an issue with DPD losing the original parcel however this was quickly replaced and sorted, I have used Fotospeed many times and this is the first issue i have had, it’s an issue that was out of there control but quickly remedied. 100% recommend
