First Class!
I had trouble finding a specific seat that I needed for a build in the United States. I sent an email asking about international shipping, and the owner contacted me directly offering to help. They sent me the seat quickly, in bomb-proof packaging, with communication through the entire process. Top notch service from quality folks. I would never hesitate to order from Foundation. They're 1st Class!

Trustworthy and Great Customer Service
I pre-ordered a bike expecting delivery for early March, however, there were complications from the manufacturing side meaning it would arrive later than usual. The owner kept me in the loop about where the bike was whenever I asked up until I received it in early April. The bike came almost fully made all that was needed was to put the pedals on and centre the forks.
Overall a trustworthy supplier with an owner that cares about customers.
