Excellent service from start to finish . Professional in all aspects. Geoff Rollins friendly, straight forward and very helpful.

I didn’t get told my collection date until I rang up to enquire. Now I have the car, there are two minor issues that need resolving. It’s a bit annoying to have these problems with a car that I thought would be great.

Great service throughout and in particular Sienna, Chris and Ryan. They made the experience so smooth and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Found a car I liked but found that a couple of cylinders needed replacing before I could test drive. They were fixed and the week after I test drove and everything was good with the car. Danny kept me informed of everything happening to the car to keep me at peace before purchasing.

Purchased a vehicle from FOW Manchester can’t fault the staff, really helpful. Justin was really helpful sorting everything out and within a day we had the car. Really fast and reliable service. 10/10 recommend

After a not very good start (i went to see a car then got told it had been reserved when i got there, even though i'd been called that day to check i was still coming) i received a call from Rebecca, who helped me find the car i wanted. She was nothing but helpful, and never pushy. Picked my car up yesterday and really happy with it.

Wide range of cars to choose from, no aggressive sales or hassle when looking around. Fair pricing for part exchange of my old car, even increasing the value after inspecting its condition. Fast and efficient customer service on the whole, a little bit slower upon collection of the vehicle. Overall I am happy with my experience and especially the car.

Car was an excellent deal in comparison to the other similar models I viewed online, Ella Berry my saleswoman was polite and helpful, all around a good buying experience

Generally a good experience, although I would have appreciated more time with the sales adviser to help familiarise me with settings and the controls of my new car.

I found the car online, they gave me what they said they would give me for my old car, picked up my new car, drove away, very easy, would definitely use them again 😁

No pressure so relaxed in to way we had time to look at the stock of cars and make our decision on which car to finally look at.

I had an issue come up on my car which I had bought less than 30 days ago. The engine light had come on. The online forms and chat I got no response from however I called up the next day and Kady got me in for diagnosis in my chosen garage the same day. She followed up with them to get the quote etc and get me booked in for repair. Yes it took a little while but I believe that was the garage rather than FoW. Big shout out to Kady for being so helpful and getting the issue sorted quickly!

4* for not getting responses from the online forms

Went to FOW because they had a large choice of cars on their website, once i got the hang of the layout i easily found the cars on my list to look at. Went inside and got the keys to 2 i had narrowed down, so i could have a look inside. Test drove the one i wanted to try first.
Sales person Lukas was great, he was chatty but not pushy, i never felt forced to buy a car, or warranty, it was a relaxed experience and im happy with the car i chose

We found the car we wanted on autotrader and it happened to be at FOW. We were happy with the price we paid, and what we got for trading in our car. However, the overall customer service and customer experience was very poor and we would not recommend.

Firstly we booked a test drive, we even received a call 1 hour before our test drive checking we were coming. On arrival however, there was no record of our appointment and we waited 45 minutes to be seen, in a boiling hot room, without even being offered a glass of water.

Similarly, when we arrived to pick up the car, we waited half an hour, despite having an appointment made.

We had purchased the ‘gardx’ package which should be £400, for a discount. This is meant to seal the vehicle paint and protect the interior fabrics. However on collection it was clear the car hadn’t even been cleaned. The outside of the car was dirty and the interior still had some easily removed marks on it, that we’d seen when we test drove it a few days earlier. Gardx says applyling the interior treatment requires ‘massaging a specialist protective cream’ into the fabric- there was no way this was done, as the fabric was not clean.

We went back in to query this, and without question or inspection of the car we were refunded. Demonstrating that the sales team and manager clearly didn’t doubt that the gardx hadn’t been applied, yet they would have happily let us walk away had we not questioned this.

Once home, a damp cloth removed the marks we’d seen on the car interior whilst test driving it. Further demonstrating that the car had not been cleaned nor had the gardx treatment applied.

Very poor experience.
