I've been installing Fox for almost 2…

I've been installing Fox for almost 2 years now, switching over from SolaX because I kept getting let down by a lack of UK support and Fox has been much better. Their products are easy to install and the app works well for customers. There are things that need to improve such as ease of reconnecting to new routers without installers having to drive out and the app data needs looking at sometimes.

Service in OZ is crap

Service in OZ is crap! when I first contact company they said they will get someone in OZ to contact me. nothing at all. very disappointed. three time I contacted them with no reply.

The contact number that did not answer

The contact number that answered, but would not put me through to a real person would not answer at all today. Simply described itself as a private number and did not connect. Totally disenchanted.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. My system is sending power to the grid ( around 500w ) when my batteries are not fully charged. I emailed Fox a week ago and they haven't been in touch yet.

Support is awful

Support is awful. Some chav on the other end of the line who sounds like really can't be bothered. Doesn't know why battery will not discharge, just keeps asking us to call back in an hour. Can't even understand what he is saying half the time.

Fox ess support fantastic...
I have just got some new batteries for my sola system I have added 2 more, and now I have 5, I noticed that one of the batteries had a version stamp 1.5 and the others had 1.4. There was also an option on the app that I was unable to use as my inverter was out of date.
So the reason for the review. It was 07:30 I sent a request in the app for assistance with updating my inverter and batteries. Auto response telling me they will have a look at my issue soon. Did not have time to look at it agine untill I was going home 17:00. I had an email to say that it was all done and no need to reply.
I checked the system and yes it was all upto date and I was able to use the new feature in the app.
