I ordered a couple pieces from fox blood. The bloomer shorts I got were darling and I love them! The Darla skirt fit nice and felt nice to wear but had a super jagged hem! It was super wonky and 3 inches shorter in the back (even just hanging flat - so when worn was even more pronounced). I reached out to Foxblood with the issue and included pictures but they only gave me a partial refund since I'm in Canada (even though I paid (frankly, quite a lot) to recieve this item and it was their quality that messed things up). Felt like a total rip off. I've never recieved a faulty item from a company that didn't respond with a full refund or replacement. Now I am about $50 out with an unwearable skirt :(
It sucks because I would have loved to have been a returning buyer but I just can't trust item quality OR fair customer support.

I purchased the Verona dress in 2xl, and the sizing is absolutely awful. I’m a 38H cup and the top doesn’t even cover one of my breasts. The dress is fitting but for some reason the back droops and shows your crack. It is the most unflattering thing that I own and I am more than disappointed. I just wish that with bigger sizes it actually accounted for boobs existing. My bust is 45inches, waist is 38 inches, and hips are 44incches. I did pre read the sizing as well, I just never thought that the top wouldn’t even be a top piece?

I've made a couple of international orders with Foxblood and I've been really impressed so far with the clothing, both designs and quality; I would have no hesitation to order again.

I’ve made multiple purchases from Foxblood, mostly through their TikTok shop lives, and every single experience has been a win. The live sales are dangerous in the best way because they often run extra deals on top of what’s already available on the site or app.

Everything I’ve ordered has been super solid quality and feels just as good as it looks. I love when the live hosts, especially Jess or Ari, put together outfit combos or talk through fit and styling. It makes shopping feel fun and way less stressful. As a plus size shopper, seeing pieces modeled on different body types makes a huge difference and gives me so much more confidence when ordering.

Shipping through TikTok has always been fast for me. I usually get my items within a week. Returns and exchanges through TikTok are also free and easy. I’ve returned or swapped items without any issues, which makes trying new styles feel way less risky.

The pieces themselves are so unique and I get compliments every time I wear them. Foxblood has that instantly recognizable vibe that still feels wearable and intentional. They’re also very active on social media, especially Instagram. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, I’ve had better luck reaching out there versus the website.

Overall, Foxblood is one of those brands I keep coming back to because the quality, the people, and the style just hit every time.

I ordered a couple of hundred pounds worth of stuff from Foxblood and it shipped quickly. Unfortunately the courier dumped the parcel outside my house and it was stolen. This was absolutely not Foxblood's responsibility and I in no way blame them. I asked for a refund as I was extremely concerned about ordering again, and having the same issue with the courier resulting in yet more lost items. Foxblood gave me a full refund immediately and I have been treated extremely well by them.

Horrible shop. They shipped me the wrong item. I ordered a hoodie, they sent a jump suit, same print but totally different item. I emailed about the problem and got no response. Waited 13 days. Attempted to do a return but it was rejected due to "no restock". This item was expensive and a gift. Do not shop here.

Terrible customer service… A few emails were sent about a problem with addresses in the form for non US customers. The first answer was “your address is in our data base”, I tried many addresses from friends, none work… So openly I asked if they deliver to my country despite, it is in the picker, no answer, neither in social media (waiting for a feedback during 15 days)… Meanwhile the providers in Europe are increasing the pricing even the double and they only have a few items…

If I could erase the negativity from the opinions of others in order for the clouds to part and sun to peek out, I would in a heartbeat. I have always loved the unique pieces and clothing that look great on all shapes, sizes, and forms of bodies. I recently lost 135 lbs and that makes finding flattering and beautiful goth clothes easy. Unless one has been in my former situation of having a much larger body type, they may not realize how painful it is to not have beautiful goth clothes available to them. There is something to make everyone look like the beautiful glittering human they are. Above all else, I want to greatly emphasize that I have rarely in my 50 years on this planet received such helpful, kind, patient, and amazing customer service than FOXBLOOD has given me. I am sad that others have not seen the beauty that brightly shines from each member of this amazing small business. I hope that word gets out about wonderful things that happened between them and FOXBLOOD. Today I begin that process by stating that I am so overwhelmed by the kindness shown to me by one if the employees that I am LITERALLY touched and tearing up!

Terrible quality especially considering the price. Vegan leather harness ended up being plastic, which while still technically vegan, was still deceitful. The belt I got wasn't even the product advertised and couldn't fit through the belt loops of my pants or any other pants I've ever seen. The dress was stiff and smelled like chemicals. The total for 3 low quality items ended up being $190. They only take returns for store credit, so they know how bad their quality is. Please don't buy from them.

This unfortunately feels like a straight up scam to me.
Someone suggested a dress from My Violet to gift to me through Throne, but I was in control of the ordering process.

It was my first time ordering from them. There was an import fee on top of the honestly high shipping fee.

When I got the package and it was very thin, I knew we had been scammed. The dress is listed as mostly cotton on the website but the tag shows 100% polyester.
It's obvious that they just got a Chinese manufacturer to make it and slap their branding over it, because it truly looks like something you'd buy on AliExpress for $20. It was about $170CAD all in, which is insane for this quality.

There were many threads left behind, poor edge cleanup, and the lace was already fraying at the bottom. It's also more thin than expected and I could see my underwear through the back of the dress.

I've emailed them and of course received no response. I'll have to go through my bank to get the money back.

I paid £77.29 for shipping and tax to the UK for an item worth £127.51. 1 week later I was asked to pay an extra £21 and advised they will not be able to ship my order if I do not pay this. I requested to cancel my order for a full refund. Considering I had already paid £212.29, which is what was stated at check out, you would expect a proper run business to stick to the price agreed at check out. I have ordered from Foxblood in the past and i am sad to say they have lost a customer.

I order from foxblood all the time. Their clothes are great, withstand many machine washes, I haven't had any issues. I don't understand all the negativity. I feel like a very comfortable goth queen in these clothes.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but I received a pricy bag that I loved and the strap started fraying and falling apart less than a month after I got it. I offered to send it back for a replacement or refund and got back “unfortunately” they can only offer a partial refund to get it repaired. Because it is faux leather, that’s not an easy ask. I should have knew better than to roll the dice on an expensive faux leather bag but I trusted them. Never again.

Ordered a fairly expensive bag a week ago. Paid $40 for shipping and received an email yesterday letting me know my bag has not shipped, asking for more money to get my bag.

Their clothes weren’t bad when they first started out but the quality has gotten worse and worse over time. Any negative reviews is blocked on their social media or filtered, the clothes aren’t anything better than hot topic or spirit halloween at this point. I would highly recommend thrifting or buying from local brands instead, DIYing is forever.

Returns give store credit for horrible quality garments.

I hate this return policy. The $50 outfit I ordered was made with cheep horrible quality material along with other products.

I’ve placed many orders from Foxblood over the past couple years. They are very slow to ship and the shipping method itself is very slow despite being $15. Unless it’s one singular item plan on your order taking at least 1 week or more commonly for me 2 or more weeks to ship, usually arriving in 3-4 weeks. If you have a problem with your order don’t expect any sort of resolution that is in your favor and expect no explanations even when you politely ask why something happened. I’d say about 25% of the time you might get an apology or some empathy when something goes wrong. The last order I placed took 15 days to finally get a shipping label generated then an additional day or two to actually ship out. When they shipped it, I received a partial refund with no explanation. I reached out and was told it was for a pair of shoes in my order that they had oversold despite having no low stock notification when I originally placed my order (15 days ago). Foxblood said neither of these things should’ve ever happened and offered to allow me to re order the item and they’d honor the sale price I ordered them at. Not helpful though as they were now sold out in the size I needed. These were unfortunately a gift which I now had to scramble to find a replacement for last minute (I politely explained this). I wrote them back and thanked them for the kind offer and told them they were out of the size I needed. I heard nothing back. The order I placed before this (more than a month prior) took 2 weeks to ship out as well. When I reached out to ask about it they gave me a semi curt response and said they’d shipped it out already. No apology. All in all their clothing and accessories are nice/stylish but they are not worth the trouble and patience it takes to order from them. Also the experiences are not equivalent to the prices charged. They are either severely understaffed or just not good/don’t care about their customers-even their loyal ones of multiple years. I’d shop elsewhere. There are other options out there who ship in more timely manners and are more willing to actually help when there is an issue.

I purchased a 60 dollar cardigan, and received a very inferior product (extremely thin, worth ~15 dollars). I returned it (yes, after trying it on, but not wearing it anywhere) and they said it was "covered in hair and crumbs" in a very unprofessional e-mail [not "this did not meet our return standards"... basically just calling me a slob]. I don't mind being docked a restocking fee if, for example, my cat ended up napping on the cardigan and I didn't realize (I tried to keep it in the bag, but cats are cats, so anything can happen), but the lack of professionalism makes me strongly unwilling to purchase anything in the future.

FoxBlood use to be top tier for me but like others have said they’ve gone downhill since then. They’re turning into fast fashion and a more hot topic vibe than mature goth. The clothing always comes with threading coming out now and their sizes are now more inconsistent. I’m sad because I loved this brand but now that they’re getting bigger it feels like the passion and care has faded more.

Company responded back and admitted item will probably not be in stock again. Offered to refund or ship another size. I chose another size. As of now, issue is resolved.

Two stars because I ordered twice. Received my second order but the order I placed over a month ago still has not been shipped.
I was getting responded to, now they are not responding.I am still missing an order.
