After a couple of times on the bank one of the plastic clips that hold the bar broke! After days trying to find fox uk my email was replied to from Europe with a response of sorry have a good day, more internet searching gave me a phone number to contact.
I called, eventually getting through to someone but not the people I needed so was told someone would call me back.. 3 days went past still no call.. so I called again this time someone different said I would be called back! Yea that didnt happen.
So as I was waiting to do another session I called again the person was again from Europe who said sorry cant help with a spare part or replacement.
The last time I buy anything from fox again!

I purchased the fox flatliner mk2 camo sleep system and the first time i washed the bag it ripped on contacting fox they said it was my fault. The bed is less than 6 months old and only used about 5 times.

Fox are absolutely garbage
Fox are absolutely garbage. I bought an FS 7000 reel, baitrunner broke nearly straight away. Opened the reel up and it was a cheap die cast part of the reel. Unfortunately fox designed their reels to not be repairable by anyone other than them. No response to email sent about the issue. They are garbage.

I have just ordered a spare nut for my old Micron MX and the gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful to deal with. The nut arrived the next day and fits. Couldn’t be better.

I will never again by fox fishing gear
I will never again by fox fishing gear, So many problems, gear breaking, cheap materials, my expensive fox rod snapped on the tip and it wasn't a hard hit, it was placed down on the bank GRASS and the rod tip just snapped off!!!! my fox bait catapult snapped on the plastic arm too, yes that's right the plastic arm snapped, not the elastic, which you'd expect.. serious cheap quality parts, must have been made in some 3rd world country. Not impressed with fox one bit. I still have the catapult laying on my garden patio floor, just as a reminder: NEVER to buy fox again!
