Avoid them - use a different legal firm instead
Absolutely horrendous.
An expert was supposed to come and do an evaluation of my car. I told the lawyers I was not ready for it and they FORCED me to accept him coming when (a) he couldn't drive the car (b) he couldn't see the issues I wanted him to see. So then he could only do a cursory review, which was definitely NOT what I had signed up to pay for.
Then they sent me an expert report which I paid for but they didn't get me to review it for any inaccuracies beforehand. The report had multiple errors and factual incorrect information. When I told them that the expert had misinterpreted some of what I told him and had downright got info incorrect, they said it was too bad.
Based on errors, they decided not to go ahead with my case. I told them this and they basically said "Too bad".
That is so unethical. And wrong.
They basically took so much of my money and provided absolutely no service.
I wanted a refund and they didn't give it to me.
They claim they are authentic and legally savvy and tenacious on their website. I found them to be the opposite. They have none of those qualities.
Do NOT use this legal firm.
