Dont buy a tester btl.
Recemtley purchased a 100ml paco rabane ultraviolet tester bottle, after reading the description was led to believe it wad the same as a normal bottle except all the fancy packaging.
its smells the same for a very short while then you are constantley repraying whilst the fancy package one lasts for hours.
dont buy the testers just pay a little bit more for the full scent experience.

Re witing my crappy experience with Fragrancex
I wrote a review for fragrancex at 2 stars recieved my package finally and upgraded it to 4 stars which was a mistake...I re ordered from them to see if I just had a bad experience..I live in Ontario Canada and if you live here it is an absolute shitshow trying to deal with them...customer service nice people don't get me wrong but no help ..I ordered fri..they claimed it Shipped Fri...then Tues I get another notice themat it shipped...then almost a week after I ordered I get another notice thurs,that it's shipped again...then a notice it's on its way...I'm starting to wonder so I call...to be told on sir your package shipped today and may be there mon..over 10 days to ship..I asked why all the shipping notice..and was told we may ship it to other facility and back or to customs so we send them out..I said I think and nay be wrong but most customers want to know when it's being shipped to them..not around to different facility's...very frustrating I made the mistake of buying from them again hoping for a better experience,but unfortunately that's not the case..I hear if you live in the stated there pretty good not if you live in Ontario Canada

It's Been TWO Business Days & Still No Answer From Them
Because of the cancellation of both my orders and FragranceX.com's billing dept. not speaking with customers over the phone, I did send the billing dept. an email requesting an answer as to why my orders were cancelled. All I got from them was an email giving me a "ticket" number and saying I'd receive a response from them regarding my inquiry within 1 business day. That was on Monday, July 20. Today is Wednesday, July 22, A SECOND BUSINESS DAY, and I still have not received a response to my email. This is NOT surprising considering they cancelled two of my orders - even though one order had already been approved by and PAID FOR by my credit card company. I AM DONE WITH FRAGRANCEX AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I'd suggest no one else order from them either because there is no reason they should have cancelled my orders.

Poor customer service
I received a damaged item, half empty, that was clearly packed like that. Item was sealed, cardboard box stained but dry and no smell of perfume. I have sent pictures and last message was "We will conduct a thorough investigation".

This site sells counterfeit products
This site sells counterfeit products. They show a legitimate bottle of cologne, advertise it as a travel size, but what you get it as amateur attempt to place the legitimate product inside a travel container. The scent also smells watered down compared to the normal bottle I can compare it to.
I can't believe they're allowed to trade in the UK.
Update following their reply. I did contact them and they refused all allegations. I contacted my credit card company, who agreed with me and refunded the payment.

Ordered some perfume and after 15 days had to chase for updates Vai customer care only to be told that it's not shipped yet and they are cancelling the order !! Now I don't have enough time to order something else as it was meant to be a gift.

Perfume has gone bad before opening
Bought Elizabeth Taylor Passion and on using for the first time found it had gone to acid. Smelt like vinegar. I presume a factory mishap. Totally unusable. I contacted FragranceX who obviously want it returned. Presumably they don't believe me. But they expect me to pay for postage to the US from UK and they will not reimburse this. Considering this perfume is totally bad and unusable I am astonished. I am in my 70s and I'm so surprised a company would treat you like this so I look like I've lost money I really cannot afford to do in the current climate. I definitely won't purchase from them again A UK company would certainly not treat you in this way. Very poor customer service.
Further to the response from Fragrance X. The cheapest cost to return would be £9.00 . As the product was £23.16 I'd only get £14 back which is not ok.

I ordered one "Wish EDP 2.5 OZ" from FragranceX. It came fast and it was genuine. Original and I enjoy using it. It was what they had promised. ❤️👍👍👍
In contrast, I also ordered 3 from "Gift Express" which was awful, fake and made me angry because I can't reach anyone to complain. They lied about their perfume being authentic and genuine. If I could give them less than one star I would do so!
Please be careful not to be cheated of your money and time! Imagine my frustration after waiting 10 days to get it. Never Gift Express again.
