My Amazon order was supposed to be delivered this morning, I stayed at home until 11.00 am when I received a text to say that there was no one home. They included a photograph of someone else's post box. Clearly they can't use a GPS. Now I have to rearrange a new delivery in the hope that they will find my address.
I made Thursday free for a delivery. It was scheduled for this afternoon. I live next to the entry door on the ground floor. My terrace is just by the main door. France Express claim they arrived at the appartment but could not deliver. This is lie. I wasted a wnole day waiting for them in Montpellier France. Méfiez-vous
Incompetent. Dontvdo as promised. Worst delivery company I have ever used. Pity for thr good driver though having to work for them
The absolutely worst customer service ever. They lost a parcel we should have received two weeks ago. They only say "I will show you CCTV proof that we shipped it". They did not even care about that the parcel has not been delivered. Avoid at all costs.
I waited all day for the delivery, it didn’t come. No delivery vehicle spotted (I was in the garden all day). They said they called me (they didn’t) The item was returned to the seller and I have lost money. Avoid this company.
Avoid at all costs. Must be the worst courier in France. Ordered a tagine from Amazon France for next day delivery. France express told Amazon they tried to deliver the next morning - a complete lie as I was at home all the time. No communication from France Express even though they had my mobile & home phone nos. The tracking no provided to Amazon is in the wrong format for france express web site. One week later no delivery & no updates so Amazon have refunded me.
In a world with many delivery services France Express has the honor of being the worst I ever encountered!
They sent me an email saying that my delivery is on his way ( 8:36 am!) and that I should be at home for signing the package.
There was no further information about estimated time
Other deliveragecies give a time table and send a message when they are a half hour away from your home.
There are also delivery services with a link/app in which you can follow the car real time!
As I mentioned above: France Express has none of that
Although the distribution center was only a 30 min drive from my home, I never received the package on that day ( if I had known that before, I would have picked the package up at the distribution center)
I ordered a stand food mixer on Amazon France, a good deal I thought on Prime Day. I waited in all day for the delivery by France Express. I received a text late afternoon to say they needed more information as to my address. I couldn’t understand why as I received two Amazon parcels the day before (delivery by France Post) but when I followed the link provided I was to enter a 14 digit reference number. There wasn’t one provided. I have made numerous attempts to get an explanation and resolution from Amazon France who are now offering a refund. No explanation as to the shoddy service. And of course if I want the same item I would have to pay the non-Prime Day deal price which is significantly higher. France Express had my telephone number (they sent a text to say they would not be delivering my parcel!) so they could have contacted me to ask for more information (if really needed) or to arrange a pick up point/parcel drop-off.
Terrible service. They made no effort to find my house in a dead end road of three houses. My security camera captured them sailing by, turning round and not stopping at all.... they didn’t even check the name on the mail box. I called and they said they would return, they didn’t. Amazon called them and said the would return “tomorrow at the latest”, they didn’t.

Very terrible service!!!!! I called to customer service 5 times, and they said the same:" wait! It is on the way!will be delivery today!", and i have to wait 5 days, it means i called 15 times, and i have to pay for the calling fee too. They let me wait many days and the colis not coming also. Customer service is rude!!! Zero star!!!!
It's a really really bad shipment, I needed to run behind the camion to stop them and to receive the pack even if the door of the building it was open for let them enter and they had all the code to access into.
