FreeAgent has been brilliant so far. The customer support has also been extremely helpful.

Free Agent is straightforward and makes my accounting easy. I have used more complex software previously and this is just so much better. It's less hassle and allows me to concentrate on running my small business.

It is a simple programme to understand and easy to amend if you need to alter for mistakes. The Helpline people are great - you just have to get past Ruby the Robot!

Very impressed with customer service, but free agent software needs an update. I had an issue where I forgot to submit payroll (must have clicked Mark as filled by accident) when I hadn't actually filed it. I didn't realise I made this mistake until a got an email reminder from HMRC that I forgot to file PAYE. I went back to free agent to see if I could file and I couldn't! The free agent instructions seem to make it possible to change PAYE for a previous year, but not the current year if you file the next month successful. This meant that I was unable to file a late PAYE through free agent, because I had submitted the next month's PAYE correctly. Unfortunately this is a feature built into free agent, and I contacted support to see if they could help and said they couldn't. They advised I use basic PAYE software which was a Serious PITA. I appreciate being pointed in the right direction, but this issue was a huge pain point for me. Would be great if the product team could fix it. Seems like it would be a SUPER EASY thing to implement too. Serious Stress was caused by this. Very frustrating.

FreeAgent is by far the best product on the market for sole-traders and small business. I highly recommend it.

Freeagent is the best accounting software there is for small or medium businesses. As a business owner its very easy to invoice, time track, submit year end, submit self assessment, run payroll and so much much.

Was very sceptical about using this product as I’m by no means tech savvy however so far it’s very easy to use , easy to setup and easy to manage . Great product and user friendly. Had an issue (my fault ) in setting up and had to call the helpline , a very polite and professional (english call centre ) lady answered and talked me through everything, was easily rectified and straight forward.

I'm a busy entrepreneur. Having to deal with the "admin" side of the business can be very time consuming, especially accounts which is not my forte. FreeAgent has an excellent troubleshooting and user guide section for quick reference but when you have a more complicated accounting issue, their live chat is a life saver!

when i speak to your staff they are always so patient and helpful i could not have managed the change from LLyods to Natwest without theirnhelp
