I’ve been receiving an excellent service for over 10 years! No need to jump ship, and their pricing is spot on too
Totally trustworthy email service for many years
Since I started using Freeola over 20 years ago I can only recall one brief issue which Freeola quickly and proactively dealt with.
The management interface is simple and effective and available services are competitively priced making running multiple email addresses through personal domains very simple. I thoroughly recommend Freeola to anyone who likes an easy life!
I've been with Freeola for over 20 years and have had several different product offerings plus some websites through their sister company Get Dotted. I have always found their prices to be competitive, the products well structured and their customer support excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them
Great all round service from Freeola. Being able to browse for a suitable domain and then set it up so easily is a great help. Uploading and managing hosted content is an absolute doddle. Lots of associated email capacity and easy management tools to set accounts up and configure them. Damn sight easier than using some of these one stop shop hosting gangs. And when you need them, the support team are on the spot to sort out your problems.
Been with Freeola for years for IMAP email and domain registration. All just works - minimal outages and when there is a problem their support is responsive and helpful. I think the costs are very reasonable too.
Commendably short wait to speak to a customer service representative. Quick grasp of my problem and easily followed advice on what needed to be done. Very well presented web site that was easy to navigate. Having been with Freeola for many years I have no wish to look elsewhere.
I have been a customer of Freeola/GetDotted for many years. In all his time i have had 100% service and any problems sorted virtually immediately. They host my email account as well as hosting my Domain names.
Prices are more than competitive with other suppliers of these services and offer discounts on multiple domains and allow multiple email addresses.
The Control panel for the services is easy to use including the emails,
I would recommend the company to anyone.
I started using Freeola back in 2000 when I purchased my first domain name. I then used Freeola as my broadband supplier and today Freeola host my two domains with the appropriate email addresses. On the occasions where I have to contact Freeola Support the responses have always sorted out the issues I was encountering very quickly indeed. Highly Recommend.
Have been a customer since the early 1990s and the old Special Reserve days, when I used to order Amiga games from them. Freeola were my first choice when choosing a web hosting provider, and I have had decades of hassle free service from them. Highly recommended
Great value, intuitive web site and good customer service.
We are using Freeola for MySQL Web Hosting and Domain for over 15 years. Never had any issues and they are very reasonable priced.
Domain is covered for 2 years each and Web Hosing is invoiced monthly.
My experience of using Freeola & Get Dotted has been so good that I have never had to use their support services for any serious problems since I became a user in January 2015. Although I hear from others that their technical support is excellent if it is required.
Been a customer for near on 20 years. I can count the number of times the service has been down on one hand.
As an internet service provider, they are the best I have ever used. No question is too small or too silly for them to answer. They solve any and all problems quickly and efficiently. I have been with Freeola for many years and nothing would make me change. Did I also mention that they are one of the cheapest companies out there? my score is 11 out of 10...
I have used Freeola for YEARS, ever since it was a Dial Up only operation. I left shortly after Broadband became available until Freeola started offering Broadband when I returned to the fold. I have no idea how long I have been a customer for but it is well in excess of 15 years I would reckon. I have a number of email addresses and domains and any issues I have (and there have been very few) have been dealt with very promptly. You also get a fixed IP Address with your connection. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Had good experience until the last couple of months. Was informed my DNS renewal would be one price when it auto renewed in a few weeks time. Fine I thought, I'd got to let it auto renew to get the 20% discount for doing so. Then I get another email a week or so before the date to say that the renewal price was now a different - higher - price! WHAT! Talk about getting shafted for doing the right thing by their rules. If they give you a price for renewal, it should stay that until the renewal date - isn't there a law against what they did?
EDIT.
Thanks for the reply, but this was for a UK domain name. So I was shafted?
EDIT.
Actually around £1 or more, no idea where you got 20p from. 20p I wouldn't have bothered mentioning. You seriously need to have a word with your invoicing department.
EDIT.
I'm not that desperate. Just make sure you do stick to the original price you send - or less - in subsequent emails/invoices.
