Excellent service

Excellent service. Have been with them several years now and highly recommend them. Always very helpful and patient with me (septuagenarian who needs help occasionally) thank you Freeola.

Freeola pushes the right buttons!

Having recently moved home, I decided to stay with Freeola who had given me outstandingly reliable Internet connection for around 15 years along with a host of fully featured email accounts.
Unfortunately, an issue arose over billing but this was quickly resolved by Nic following a telephone call and subsequent email. The error was corrected and I even received an apology without asking for one something that seems rare these days, I was totally satisfied with the whole experience.
This is only the second time I had needed to contact support in all of the time I've been with them, largely due to their extensive on-line guides, ut it's good to know that there's a human being on the end of the phone if you need one.

I've been with Freeola for a long while.

I've been dealing with Freeola for a good number of years now and can honestly say there has never been reason for complaint. They take care of my needs and although I'm not the most competent with the service they offer me I've never had to call the helpline as everything (that I need) is easy to follow.

I've been a very happy Freeola customer (broadband and domains) for over 23 years! These days especially, it's rare to trust and like a company when most are faceless and nearly impossible to contact when required. Keep it up...

I have used Freeola for many years

I have used Freeola for many years, following a friend’s recommendation, and always found them to be very straightforward in what they do.

They host my 2 business websites and associated email servers. Navigation through their website / webmail and control panel is simple and it’s an easy task to make any changes to my website pages and email settings.

There have never been any problems over the years, but I feel confident that their support is there if needed.

I always recommend Freeola to my friends.

Reliable Service

Been with Get dotted/Freeola for many many years. My husband was self employed when we started with them but is now retired, but we have stayed with them. Our email works away fine and, on the couple of occasions when I have had to ask a question, the very patient and understanding person at the other end was always able to help. Can’t ask for more.

A valuable service.

We have been customers of Freeola for absolutely years and the one thing we have always loved about the company, is that you can phone them and a person, not a machine or someone abroad, will answer the phone and talk to you. They don't blind you with technical questions, just plain, helpful suggestions and answers. They DO REMEMBER to phone you back if that is required. We have never considered moving away from them as they are a good ,friendly, reliable and helpful service. We also feel that they genuinely care about what they provide.

A fantastic service with real people to talk to of any problems and for help setting up. A. Wry reliable service with none of the problems all my friends on other services have. Couldn’t recommend more.
