I've been with quite a few domain hosts, many were flaky, hard work, freeola have always been responsive, very few issues, to be honest, and have become considerably better over the years.
I think I have 10-15 domains, and three websites, and more to do, there's been no hitches.

Having been with freeola for 16 or 17 years now, I always found support staff to be friendly and helpful. No waiting and trying for hours to get through.
