This is a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not get involved with this company.

The advertising on Australian Facebook implied that this product would let you see "hundreds" of "cable" channels, like Foxtel. All I can see are the same free to air channels my existing antenna receives, and they are pixilating. Very deceptive and misleading advertising.

Im in Australia. Did everything as per the instructions - both IT expert and family savvy people tried no go. I was so looking forward to this working but I think I also have been scammed. PayPal - please get back to me - you are usually so protective and I always go through you. not sure now

This is a SCAM ! Do not EVER buy ''FreeSeeTV'' ALSO CALLED ''FROG TV'' from ''Stong Current Enterprise'' !!!

Simply false advertising, you do not get free channels you would normally need to pay for, you just get a VERY cheap box with over the Air TV... iT IS NOT EVEN WORKING WELL AND THERE IS NO INSTRUCTIONS! A $10 aftermarket Over The Air Antenna will do better. However, their customer service in absolutely non-existant, I wrote them 6 times to cancel the order, they replied 6 weeks later telling the item was shipped and guess what? The items arrived the very next day! They deliberately checked the tracking number and replied one day before the parcel arrived to Canada Now I see it has been shipped from Hong Kong and they are asking me to ship it back top the Netherland... The ''Stong Current Enterprise'' address is a PO Box in London, UK... How weird, I see they have stolen thousands of consumers all over the world, just Google FreeSeeTV... and you'll discover it is a growing scam. The worst is that PAYPAL and AMAZON are standing behind and protecting these crooks, what a shame!!!!!!!!!
A Roku, Google Chromacast, Amazon stick or other honest device is the real thing but you need internet to access content. This FreeSeeTv or FrogTV company is Junk selling Junk to honest people!!!
Is is legal to do false advertising ? NO! Stay Away and don't loose your money.

I agree, 1 is 1 too many, now I need to return it and can't find an address or get a return phone call or email response.

Got the product in the time they said. They did respond to me at least I think they did. Who knows who was behind the emails. But when I received the product which was 4 antennas and 3 amplifiiers at $161.00 and some change they were garbage. Paper thin and wouldn't pick up one thing. Trying to return them now and they did respond with an address of which to return them but not the same address that they shipped from. Shipped from Hong Kong and they are saying return to the netherlands. Its crazy. Never knew this was a international shipment or I would have known better. They are being asked to send me a return label for postage so lets see if they honor that. If they do that and I get my money returned I will walk away and just never entertain them again but if not I am planning to use the company attorney and see what I can do. At this point it is more than the money they took that I work hard for and so if I have to spend a little just to expose it I will do that. I am praying they are going to step up and take care of me the way they should have to begin with. I want shipping paid to receive them back and my money refunded to my account. We'll see

Absolutely crap nothing but an indoor airiel. Scam scam scam, paid Over 75 quid what a rip off!

Ordered 6 Antennas with Amplifiers and Lifetime Warranty.
$223 removed from my account on June 14th 2017.
I received nothing and the customer service line is totally bogus. They have a full voicemail and do not reply to emails.
I would like to give them 0 Stars but this is not allowed.
I am not quite sure why a company would have running infomercials, customer service info and company info if they are running some sort of scam!
Beware! You probably will have to open a dispute with your charge card and/or Bank to get the payment reversed.

Ordered over two months ago and no product. Can't get anyone by phone or email definitely a scam. Buyer beware

Bought 2 TV Frogs, does not meet the claims advertised. All they provided was an overpriced android box of the cheapest quality. It is loaded with a few apps. The only app related to free TV. is Kodi which comes without any add on for TV. You can load Kodi add-ons yourself but this is not the free TV out the box they intimate that they provide. In short a rip off.

CR*P and I'm only a mile from our TV transmitter and this aerial ain't picking up squat !!!
I've gone through every process, even sticking the Aerial up in the loft, all to no avail. I think that the Positive feedback is provided by their own company. Don't waste your money.

Piece of crap, was getting only 3 channels. Slow delivery although I emailed them with no response. Also called them and left message to contact me. Never did. Now finding out there is a no refund policy. I've been had, SCAM SCAM SCAM

These are crooks. They take your money and do not deliver the goods. They cover themselves by falsifying tracking details over and over again especially Asendia and so called 17track.net. WARNING . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM they will never honour their request. If you have contact with Google, report them as liars and cheats.

ordered tvfox antenna on 20/06/17. Sent two emails for a delivery date.
No response to date. Called the number on many occasions...no response..no service agents available. This appears to be a scam. People be aware. Do not part with your money, you will be worse off.

No delivery or delivery message. Ordered and paid via PayPal on 14/6. After I reported to PayPal, an answer promptly prompted them to take care of this at once.
Then I have not heard of them.
Recommended NOT to buy anything else instead.

Shipment was delivered without a remote control , totaly useless, and can't get ahold of anybody for support .!

I love their product. Yes it took a little while to get it but I was aware that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of item. I believe mine was shipped from Switzerland. As well, I had no problem contacting them to see when I might expect delivery. Within 24 hours they emailed me with their response. I am very pleased with their service and their product. Works well.
