Get one channel with the booster, another scam rip off! They don't reply to your complaints ,no return address . Should have read some reviews ,too late now. Needs to be a class action suit against these kinds of companies , scumbags !!

Cancelled my order immediately after placing it but they still charged my PayPal account. Still trying to get a refund but they don't answer any emails etc. DO NOT deal with this company

total waist of money just another scam stay away from it ive learn the hard way they taking people for a ride i thought it was to good to be true and i was right never again

I was about to order one antenna and one amplifier and had it all ready to order when I went to see the reviews and decided not to order. I just closed the page and found a charge for 2 antennas and one amplifier on my paypal acct. They dont ever answer calls, nor do they return calls and emails. Complaint with paypal filed and I am sending them back their junk. DO NOT order or even do what I did as as soon as I closed the page to order when I saw their reviews, somehow the order was placed. If I dont hear from them by tomorrow I shall file a fraud complaint with law enforcement. Another off shore scam job.

I ordered this before I read the reviews....I almost always read reviews first. I only ordered one and the gave me the second my “accident”. I tried to cancel the second one right away. So.... I was already skeptical about this product. However I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the product and it really work well!!!! We live in the country so reception is typically so-so. I’m keeping second one and ordering two more for my kids.

It's a scam, they took my money give me a tracking number cannot track product emailed them no response phone damn no response it's it's a scam lost my money ask for my money back they said they couldn't give me my money back without the product but I have not received the product so I don't know how I'm supposed to get my money back

This is a scam! Buyer beware. I cancelled the order 5 min after the order was placed with PayPal when I suspected the product was not as advertised in the description of the transaction. It was shipped anyway and the want me to pay $30 for shipping to ship a $39 item back to the Netherlands, which advertised as USA made. They also said I would be reimbursed 30% if I chose to keep it, which they keep ignoring that I would rather do that and throw the piece of crap away! PayPal was absolutely no help in resolving and protecting the buyer. The antenna didn’t even receive signal of a TV station 10 miles away!!’

You might want to try going through Facebook - the people complaining there seem to get some response.

Got this antenna in December to find that I get more channels on my free view box. Total waste of money and recommend “DO NOT BUY” from this so called 4 star review. Only wish I had checked all reviews beforehand. Total crap

I have been trying to contact customer service for several days — left numerous messages - at great expense / long distance charges -//why not have a toll free number
Despite voice mail promises to leave a message and number and agent would call you - it never happened
I deeply regret ordering from this unavailable, invisible company - have been trying to cancel my order / obtain a refund but have been unsuccessful- no replies from emails either
Warning — do not order from this company if you need customer service - support - they don’t seem to exist
So dissatisfied and disappointed/ worst decision having faith in this company

I ordered one at end of December 2017. it doesn't work its now in the bin
To add insult to injury they charged me twice (second debit was for more than the original priced item)
After several emails over the last month have had no reply from them not even confirmation of receipt and definitely no money back. Tried to pursue it through paypal but they don't want to know.

This a total rip-off. I ordered three antennas and three amplifiers and three amplifiers on 12/3. I didn't receive the antennas till Dec 27. I inquired numerous times and response was poor. I only received a partial order of three antennas and one amplifier. I sent an email and a picture showing that I only received one amplifier and there has been no follow-up from this company.. Because I have not received the amplifiers I haven't tested the product. Based on what I am experiencing I have very little faith that I will get my other two amplifiers nor will the product be any good.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THROWING MONEY WAY.

Purchased HDTV antenna for use in Australia.......what an absolute bloody CON. Bought to replace "rabbits ears" which receive channels 2, and 10 only and now get NOTHING.
Tried to contact "support" as per the Business Card enclosed in the package on numerous occasions and get returned "undeliverable" message

I hadn't completed purchase of this item and found that on the next screen they advised buying an amplifier. I back-paged from screen 2 and out of site. The following day I learned that the money had been debited from my Bank Account. I have sent numerous EMails to them from Boxing Day to present, they don't answer and so far my money has not been returned. The EMails told them to cancel the order, which should never have been completed and I asked how money had been taken from my account without having completing pages 2 and 3 of screens. I back-paged from screen 2 and out of site.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS FRAUD TO THE POLICE AND WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO SO TOO.

The product is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I only wish I'd checked this site before buying. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TOTAL SCAM. THE ANTENNA DOESN'T WORK!!

Total scam! Don't fall for this. Unfortunately I did. Installed the antenna and it picks up fewer channels than the cheapo one I bought in local hardware store. I'm trying to get my money back. I may be out of luck.
