Scam site, avoid at all costs

I bought one of these Fox TV antennae and found it to be absolute rubbish.
Couldn't pick up any signal and I was charged for booster, which I had not asked for.
Having sent numerous e-mails to company as of today I have not had a reply.
Please don't waste your money on this scam

If your in Australia DO NOT BUY, no customer service they do not respond, set up instructions non existent product is cheap and nasty. waste of money time and effort. Trust your gut feeling and buy something with good reviews not dodgy ones with bad reviews.

The Antenna and booster they sell are an absolute waste of time, I have a £6 indoor antenna I purchased from a market stall which performs much better on its own than their very expensive antenna and booster combined. I am just 3 miles from our TV mast and it could not get a clear signal. This company also makes claims about HDTV and encrypted streamed movies such as you would get via Netflix or Amazon. The claims are complete fiction. This company also goes unresponsive when you ask about returns under the 14 day cool down period, distance selling rules. They simply should not be allowed to sell in the UK.

Site showed I would receive order by Dec 19th. Checked shipping number provided, invalid number. Two days later I get an email asking me to verify my shipping address and a different tracking number. They already have all my information from when I submitted my order. This is a scam. Buyer Beware!

I received my antenna today after only 7days/seems it could be ,I complained about my bill/I was charged for a amplifier I DID NOT ORDER AT 34.99p /making 74.30p all in /the amp plug would NOT fit any TV so tried annenna alone /got some stations but nothing new and even less than my standard antenna /what a RIP OFF KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS FIRM

Looks like a fake Company order a TV box 10/25/2017 and I`ve have not recived anything yet 12/20/2017

After waiting for over a month, the package arrived and it looked like something that could be assembled for $5.00.

After plugging it in, with the amplifier attached, I was able to get exactly one channel. My TV has a signal meter and the signal strength was 30 out of a hundred. Moving the antenna around the room, I could boost this to 50, in the middle of the room, an impossible place. But even then, I received only the same channel.

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
I only bought it because their add appeared on my Skype screen. What the connection was here, I have no idea.

Waste of time no reception at all and no response from phone or email don't waste your time with this product

I bought one of their antennas and it does not do anything different to a normal tv aerial. Ive emailed them twice and they do not reply. I want a refund as it is rubbish. I paid on Paypal so is there some way of insurance on this does anyone know? I've contacted PayPal but am still waiting to hear back from them.

I bought one and can only see 4 channels. I tried emailing customer services 8 times for a refund and they never get back. Product sucks. Find another brand...

I bought 3 of these antennas with amplifier....I get 1 (one) station and it is a religious station...I have tried many positions for it and not good....I called the customer service number in the package and it is a "none working number". This appears to me to be a large scam and I would not advise ANYONE to spend their money on this JUNK.

I was charged four times for this on my card ,for a total of almost 200.00.This has to be a scam.I was told they were international charges.I had to cancel my card so nothing else could be charged. Do not purchase this item, I feel so stupid.

I have waited 4 weeks, just arrived this morning, I thought that I would be able to get virgin media, total rip off, do not buy for UK, it does not work, with my £20 roof Ariel I get over 200 channels, that includes radio, with this piece of garbage I got 70 odd and even BBC was pixilated, it is now going in the dustbin, lost £35, I will check in future.

The product is totally useless and they give you a "SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS" .......................Send as many emails to complain or for support....I have lost nearly £40.00.

I am severely disabled and living on benefits - This company has no morals or scruples!!!...................if it is indeed a company????

NOBODY ANSWERS OR ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR EMAILS......EVEN THREATS TO CONTACT THE POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS, FALL ON DEAF EARS.

I didn't receive this antenna wthin one and a half month.
I send mails but they don't answer me.

I bought their Foxtv antenna. now one month passed. I haven't received the item. Their website and phone number dodgy. No response for the mail. Don't buy this... It's a scam
