Took a long time to get to lab, but the actual testing was fast once it got there and has a good system for checking on it. I had another issue with the code printed on the info sheet. The ink was very light so it was hard to read, experienced a couple issues with writing the right code. I don't know if this was an individual experience but it was slightly frustrating.

Terrible company handling very important information. I would stay far away from them. I ordered the testing kit and was contacted by them after returning it that my results were ready. Well they give me a code to enter or their website and all it says is “an error occurred”. Have reached out to them by phone and email with no response. I had a hard time drawing the blood. Poked myself many times for absolutely nothing. After reading reviews from the employment side of this company, I see most are very incompetent and complain about how crazy of a place it is to work for. And these are people conducting and holding possibly life changing testing and information.

The test was simple to order and when it arrived it was simple to use (with clear and concise instructions). The level of communication was also excellent (on regards to letting me know when the pack was dispatched/received/being processed).
The results also came back in 3 days as stated which is brilliant- no long wait.

Never answer the phone to get your results really poor

I like how easy it is to use the service but more work needs to be done to ensure trans people get the tests that are appropriate to their body. I had to input the wrong gender in order to get the test I needed

I followed the clear instructions on the test (I did urine only) sent out Thursday and got results back on Monday afternoon.
I was able to follow the entire process via the excellent online tracking service.
Very speedy and very thorough.
