Test is easy to take and arrived really quickly. However I’ve tracked it and it still says waiting to receive, I sent it back days ago and there’s no way of contacting them. It says to contact a local service but there’s no results when you search for your local service on their website. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see?

Kit was easy to use though I needed all the needles as I had trouble filling the sample bottle. Even gently milking the finger was not too good as I seem to heal up very quickly!
Will certainly use the service again!

Excellent service for CT and GC ; easy to order and quick to arrive with adequate instructions. However, this leaves undetected other vaginal infections like TV for which one has to additionally visit the GP for an additional swab. Sexual health clinics should probably maybe provide another swab for all bacterial microorganisms, and channelise it to appropriate lab section, as offensive vaginal discharge is quite common. and may coexist with STIs.This will help GP surgeries and patients alike.
As for Blood test kit for viruses, I am sure there are many others who wanted to, but could not provide a sample by the finger-stick technique, by which it is very difficult to get drops enough to reach the level recommended- which means a trip to the GP or to a Sexual health clinic, who in turn ask you you to order online as " it very easy do at home" , coming back full circle. Perhaps the service should provide the paper test kit for viruses, which easily blots blood drops on paper.

Process was very easy and results came back quickly

Fast, efficient, effective. Sent my samples off on Thurs and I had the results back on Monday morning, which was quicker than expected. Saved me waiting for a clinic appointment was so much more convenient as I was able to do the test in my own time. Excellent service, will definitely use it again. Probably one of the best ways to get yourself tested. Private, discreet and easy to use.

Kit was difficult to use. I could only get one or two drops of blood from my fingers (tried two fingers). Ended up with no blood and sore fingers. So was unable to send a blood sample. Also the urine pouch not very easy, it wouldn't stand up so I had to hold it in one hand while urinating. Also I put security seal on tight, and sellotape on top - but clinic reported that the seal was not present on delivery. It must have been removed deliberately while in transit.

I was sent a test kit as I had a confirmed case of Chlamydia.
My local STD clinic was very busy, so I spoke to
a health care person over the telephone who prescribed a week of antibiotics.
I returned the test kit two weeks after my antibiotics course had finished with an all clear result.
The kit is very easy to use and I had my full results within 5 days. These were sent by SMS to my mobile.
I would recommend using this discrete testing to anybody worried about STD or HIV.

I had an STD scare and was unable to get hold of tests from pharmacies or university GP. A lot of free online tests didn't deliver to my area or cost too much so I found them. I collected my sample on the 8th, posted it on the 11th and received by results on the 16th, very easy to complete and very quick. Would defo recommend!
