Wow , never had a met such an amazing , caring , helpful and not only just in the selling part but holding my hand through the whole journey from start to finish !

Ben as you can tell when you meet him has a lot of connections to investors from not only London but over seas which has helped a huge amount , Lee has been amazing through the process of many sales over the years and he always manages to get it spot on and they both seem to get over the asking price on every occasion !
I couldn’t recommend highly enough of these two , a team of over 50 years worth of experience and has a personal touch to make you feel human !
I don’t see why more people don’t utilise the wealth of Knowledge and set of skills they both have.
10/10 from me and will defiantly be using again

Fresh Estates recommendation
Lee handled the sale of my mum's property. It was an emotional sale as she had lived there for 40+ years. We were so pleased we chose Lee as our agent. He was straightforward, supportive and reliable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Estates.

Had a very pleasant experience with Lee with the rental of our house in Folkestone. We live in Spain so it was important for us to have an agent with reasonable fees manage our property and they did this. Tenants now in and fingers crossed for a long time. I'd recommend Lee and fresh estates to let and manage your property without hesitation
