There was nothing clean about my car!
My car was supposedly cleaned at a cost of £100. The doors, boot and bonnet recesses were missed. A squashed fly on the inside of my windscreen remained, and the interior screen surfaces were full of bleary grease. Three days after the so-called cleaning, I received a customer satisfaction email, which I duly completed with some criticism. Apparently if the criticism is received outside of 48hrs, it’s disregarded and Freshcar declined to put things right. Why ask for feedback if it’s going to be disregarded? I shall not be returning for more - I get a better job at the local hand car wash. I suggest you give them a wide berth.

Regarding your concerns, our terms and conditions ask that any issues with a valet are reported within 48 hours of the service. This allows us to investigate while the condition of the vehicle and the work carried out can still be accurately assessed. When concerns are raised several days later, it becomes much more difficult to determine whether the issues relate directly to the valet, particularly where the vehicle was inspected with the operator at the time of completion and no concerns were raised.
As we operate under a franchise model, any decision regarding compensation or a goodwill resolution is ultimately made by the individual franchise. In this instance, they declined to offer a resolution due to the time elapsed before the concerns were reported.
We understand your frustration, particularly as you responded promptly to the survey when it arrived. Your feedback has been noted, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

The service was quick and very efficient. Darien was early, which was a bonus, and reacted well to the fact that the car had to be valeted away from my home (but nearby).
I'm very impressed with the set up he had, which gave me confidence in the job he did.

Disappointing from start to finish
Disappointing from start to finish - 3 attempts to fix a small patch resulted in a bigger issue and more costly repair job now. The guy who came out was nice enough but just not capable to repair my bumper .. 3 independent bodyshops all said its his prep and very poor.. took over 3 visits over a 5 week period for a smart repair!!!!!
The issue you have is it goes back to the franchisee and your not covered or protected personally avoid and use a more reputable brand - out of pocket now !!!

I had a full £166 valet on my car and
I had a full £166 valet on my car and all looked very well except for overlooking the sprayed black plastic trim along the bottom of the windscreen and overspray on the side mirrors and the bottom corners on the front side windows. The operator said that he would return to fix it twice, but never did. I spoke to him on the phone but he became very aggressive and never replied to several emails. Don't bother with Fresh Car Central Scotland.
