I think they have gone into administration but companies house show they are still active. We ordered two pairs in April, only one turned up and we have never received a response after chasing for the other or a refund.
Their website and facebook page is down.
Pretty low to take money and run....

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and never received them. Tried to contact the company multiple times and have not had any response. Do not order from them!

Ordered 2 pairs and need to return 1 . Impossible because the returns link doesn’t wrk , they never reply to emails and can’t see any telephone numbers .

I ordered several pairs of glasses but never received any updates. They advertised delivery with 1-5 working days but after three weeks I still hadn't heard anything. After I sent them an email and a message on their online form, they suddenly cancelled my order.

Just poor communication, I'm sure their glasses are of good quality. I guess I'll never know 🤷🏼‍♂️

I emailed the company at the end of April regarding the poor quality of the left arm of my glasses as the wood was splitting and fraying.

I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Currently both the glasses build quality and customer service have been poor.

I have ordered 2 sunglasses (Rufus - Sun and Frost -Sun) but I got 2 different sunglasses. A problem quite easy to solve if the seller would have answered my many messages. I have been writing via mail, via the online form on the web page but no answer at all. I have also tried to trigger the return procedure from the web page but the app doesn't work.
Also, differently from previous orders, I had to pay 40€ of Custom duties on the delivery. I believe it would have been fair from vendor side to specify that Custom duties are to be payed by final customer at the moment of the order.
I did different orders in the past and I have always been very satisfied by the products received and the service but this time I cannot say the same, very bad experience!

I paid over £200 for two frames to try on at home. I decided which pair I’d like to use to order varifocals from them (I was very happy with previous pairs from them in the past) Their returns request form now isn’t working on their website and customer services haven’t responded to repeat emails to the admin address on their website. It’s very strange as I did have an email back originally to agree a plan and discount for my new pair, but now they’re completely uncontactable and I’m very worried I will never see my money again.

Received two pairs of glasses, I wanted to keep one and return the other. While I love the pair I kept, I've been unable to contact them about returning the other pair. The returns form on their website is broken, so I've emailed them twice and tried messaging them on Facebook and Instagram. It's been almost a month and no response.

Overall love the glasses. These are the second pair I got.
Would prefer the tint to be darker (maybe that was an option that I missed)

Supportive customer service. Friendly, prompt and helpful when I needed urgent repair work.

Communication has been lacking and am yet to receive the order, have sent emails and messages and have yet to receive reply’s to some of them.

Unfortunately the sunglasses are too small for me. I am trying to return them, I have emailed Fresh For Pandas as I am having trouble with the returns on their website, I haven’t had a response and have asked Paypal to step in and contact them, at the mo still NO response. I will give it a few more days before escalating issues further.

I chose this company because of their environmental priorities, and they provided me with some nicely designed accurate prescription glasses within about 10 days. I'm very happy with the quality.

I had my eye on these for months as I needed to replace my glasses. I bought some several weeks ago now, and I'm so pleased I did! They are comfortable and look great. Even when I accidentally broke the frame, I contacted customer services and they sent me another frame for ¼ of the full price, instead of half price. Overall I'm very pleased - with the glasses and customer service :)

Just be careful with them as they are a bit more delicate than plastic or metal.

I tried some glasses on at home, which is a good service. Unfortunately all a little large on me so decided not to our hasem I sent the glasses back 2 weeks ago and have just received confirmation they've been received. Bit of a wait although that could have been a postal delay.

This is the second pair of sunglasses I have bought and I love them!

Excellent product and a very good service

High quality lenses and frames which I cannot fault. Beautiful presentation - but I think the Eco claim is a bit stretched - frames are manufactured abroad with no details about offsetting of CO2 emissions- only eco claim really is that frames are plant based rather than plastic.
