FRG through their recruiter reach out to me about a job opportunity in the Netherlands. He interviewede first to check if my skills and what I am looking for are aligned to the ones that their clients are looking for. He consistently guided me althroughout the recruitment process, giving me pointer and ideas of what to expect and how to ace each of it. I am so glad that the recruiter assigned to me was Muhammad! My company retained FRG to conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screening. The background check was performed and received by my employer with no problem. Unfortunately the company retained by FRG Quest Diagnostic wasn't up-to-par. This first Quest location I made an appointment with, when I arrived I was informed that the equipment needed for the testing was broken and had been broken for a month. The second Quest location had a sign on the door stating is would be close for the month of July. The third Quest location was so unstaffed that only one technician worked at that location. Because of the delay experience the time period on the drug request expired and I had to contact the FRG group to have it regenerated. This took two days. On my next visit to a Quest location it was again so unstaffed that it took two hours to be seen. The just of this is now I have to wait five days to get the result and my employer has stated I can't start work until the test results are back.
