It was my first experience with company like that. Stephen (from your company) contacted me months ago but I replied that I’m not ready and that I’ll be ready in few months. He contacted me again in perfect time. We were talking about my experience and my new job preferences. After that he showed my many job opportunities matching to me. He was doing everything for me. Sending CVs, arranging job interviews and asking me about feelings and how it went on interview. Now when I chose my new company, he’s asking is everything okey in my old company and if everything goes well with my documents for new job.
