Absolutely awful material

Absolutely awful material - hot and synthetic. Can’t return it either as it was on sale (my fault for not reading their returns policy prior to buying). Came from NZ to AU so the shipping was pricey. I also left a review on their website and SURPRISE, it was never published :) dodgy business practice by allowing potential customers to only see positive reviews. Not using the name provided on my order as I’ve heard the owner is not a nice person.

Just hopeless communication

Just hopeless communication. No negative reviews are posted on their clothing and accessories. Only 4-5 stars posted. Then getting in touch if you have a problem, you'd be better off laying a complaint with the Consumers Guarantees Act than actually having a conversation with them.

Great!

Had issues getting in touch with them with regards to a return, because something was wrong with their emails. Once I got through to them they responded swiftly to help me and gave me a voucher for my troubles. My replacement item arrived and it is perfect, I really appreciate them going out of their way to remedy the situation. Will be shopping there again.
