"From You Flowers" offers "same day" service, for which they charge a premium. However, shortly after accepting payment, they message to say that - actually - there will be no delivery since the "local florist" is unavailable. They assure that delivery will be made the next day. Then, fully two days later, they email to say that, actually, there is no "local florist" at all. Strange, no florist in a city and no delivery can be made to accessible home address in said city.
Definitely use From You Flowers if you want important milestones to be missed, have arguments and disappointments. You'll receive AI generated responses when you ask them to rectify the problems, adding fully to the joy of the experience.
Avoid at all costs.
Edited to respond to the response below. My concerns were not resolved. The company did make an offer, but I declined it as it was pointless as the milestone had been missed already. No way to fix the problem they caused.

Bait & Switch
I paid $159.00 to From You Flowers, for a beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my nephew & his wife. What was delivered was an embarrassingly small and paltry vase of flowers heavy on greenery & very lite on flowers. I asked for the recipients to text me a photo of what was delivered and was horrified when i saw the picture. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. THEY ARE A BAIT & SWITCH OPERATION.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I placed an order for flower delivery and paid for it, trusting that the flowers would be delivered as promised. The order was accepted, but it was later cancelled, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. Although the money was refunded, that was not the point. I placed the order because I expected the flowers to be delivered, not cancelled at the last minute.
What is the point of accepting orders and advertising flower delivery if you cannot fulfil them? Customers rely on your service for special occasions, and cancelling an order after accepting payment can cause unnecessary disappointment and inconvenience.
I strongly believe this website needs to review its service and advertising. Please stop promoting a service that cannot reliably deliver what customers order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website to anyone.
If I could give less than one star, I would. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

DON'T USE THIS SITE IF YOU WANT IT TO TRULY MEAN SOMETHING
First of all the card must have been written by a first grader, I've never seen such a terrible handwriting, it took all the emotion away from the message, second it was a mediocre bouquet when I ordered to top of the line, third...it must have been treated with something because when my wife smelled them...she got sick and had to put them outside! I will NEVER order from this site AGAIN and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! I paid almost 130.00 dollars for this, along with a teddy bear that looks like he's sick!! I wish I could download photos of this mess ! I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK....THERE IS REALLY NO ENJOYMENT ABOUT THIS GIFT AT ALL !! 😡

Delivered a Week Early
I ordered flowers for a friend’s wedding that were supposed to be delivered on 10/17/2026. Instead the flowers were delivered on 10/10/2026, a week early. I spoke to customer service who, after a prolonged delay, offered me a refund. I agreed to this. When the refund was confirmed via email it was for less than 25% of the total amount of the order. When I called them back they claimed that I had agreed to take that amount. The person I first spoke with was not very fluent in English so I couldn’t understand what they were saying very well. The second person agreed to have the flowers re-delivered on the correct date. I was supposed to get a confirmation of this in writing but so far I have not. We’ll see what happens.
