I paid extra to have it delivered on Friday for a Saturday opening. UPS was given a specific delivery window but arrived at a completely different time. As a result, the plant sat in a box all weekend and wasn’t re-delivered until Monday — dehydrated and almost dead.

I was embarrassed by the funeral spray…
I was embarrassed by the funeral spray that I ordered for a family funeral. I ordered the "premium", which was a joke... I would hate to see the small. A family member joked that I could save a rose from my spray but if I pulled it out, the entire thing may collapse. I did receive a partial refund after my complaint. I knew better and should have called a local florist directly.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with From You Flowers.
My order was for a very important occasion, and it never arrived on time. To make matters worse, I was asked to place the order twice, which made the whole process even more frustrating.
After accepting my order, processing my payment, and confirming the delivery, the company later informed me that they couldn’t deliver because there was no local florist available. This is something that should have been verified before they accepted my order in the first place.
By the time they contacted me with alternative options, it was already too late—the recipient had already left the country, making their proposed solutions completely useless.
Poor planning, poor communication, and a complete failure to deliver the service that was promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable flower delivery service.
