VERY UNRELIABLE
VERY UNRELIABLE, Company stated they tried to deliver and yet I was here all day. I stated I wanted a refund they said they will try again tomorrow. I said no then they wanted to give a 30% refund and a redelivery the next day. Very disappointed!!! I feel they are a big scam.

I ordered at 9 am to be delivered same day within 4 hours. I paid a whole lot extra money for that service on top of the outrageous price of their flowers. Flowers were never delivered.

I paid extra to have it delivered on…
I paid extra to have it delivered on Friday for a Saturday opening. UPS was given a specific delivery window but arrived at a completely different time. As a result, the plant sat in a box all weekend and wasn’t re-delivered until Monday — dehydrated and almost dead.
