I love FSJ!! I have purchased several pairs over the last couple of years and they are all amazing!
They are always comfortable no matter the heel height, and they are always high quality! They last forever!!
The customer service responds quickly and is always very helpful! I recommend FSJ to all my friends!

I placed my order February 22nd and I have NOT received any shoes yet. There's no way to contact customer service. I will NEVER order again. The tracking number doesn't tell u ANYTHING. I feel scammed!!!!

Great customer service and patient with the search for the right size shoe. This involved a return and several emails with me sending an outline of my GF foot! Most of the communication was on email and I was surprised they not only read them correctly but followed thru timely! Pleased.

I wasn’t happy with my first pair but when I contacted customer support they were nice enough to send me another pair of my choosing! And I am happier than ever. 10/10

I am a tall women and have long feet. I was so elated to find a site that I can get a low heel, beautiful shoe in my size. I wear a 13 M. But sometimes they are short. I prefer square toe because I am diabetic. Then when I saw the feature to have shoes made specifically for me, well WOW! When I receive my order and check size, I m going to order a made for me pair of navy shoes. My closet has 40 pairs of shoes. Only about 7 are comfortable. If this works for me I will get rid of them all and order from you.

This is one of the worst online businesses I've been scammed by. I'm very sure that their reviews here are not by real customers.

Purchased boots in A SIZE LARGER than what I wear to leave room for socks. Couldn't get my foot into the boot.

Contacted the company and they wanted me to pay to send the boots back.

Chinese quality boots and sizing. Poor customer service. I didn't even receive a receipt after purchasing. I had to email them for a receipt and waited a month for the boots.

They asked if I wanted to pick something else out and keep the boot. The boot was $169 for fake leather. Why wouldn't I want my money back? And why would I want to get another pair of boots that are not properly sized?

The "vegan" leather is like a hard doll plastic that does not give. It does not look close to being leather. And fake leather should not cost this much.

This is just another social media scam company that sends low quality junk from China. Save your money!

My first purchase from FSJ was a pair of shoes that, unfortunately, were the wrong size because they were too big for me. So I contacted customer service to ask if it was possible to return them and exchange them for a new pair of shoes of the same model, but a smaller size. The support team was really kind. They offered to keep the wrong-sized shoes and that they would send me the right-sized pair for free. Yesterday, I received the right-sized pair, and I'm really happy. The support team was really kind, and I'm very satisfied

You have great designs on your cowgirl boots and I found just what I wanted. The prices are almost too good to be true and I hope the quality is good. I want leather boots but didn't see any indication the two I ordered will be in leather. If not, your return policy will allow me to return them

They have been excellent with communication. They helped me with a replacement pair of
Boots as the first ones were too small. They were shipped directly as soon as possible. I will order again for sure. Thanks team!

Process to check out was so easy and I was also offered a coupon which is always nice

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from FSJ Shoes.

I placed an order on February 14 and paid $174.30 in full for a pair of custom boots. After placing the order, I received only a confirmation email and no updates for weeks about the status of my purchase.

When I contacted customer support about the delay, they told me the shoes had finally shipped but blamed the logistics company for the issue. Instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a $30 partial refund on a $174 order.

As a customer, I expected better communication and service. Waiting weeks with no updates and then being offered a small partial refund is frustrating and disappointing.

I hope FSJ Shoes improves their customer service and communication for future buyers. At the moment, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Cara, is excellent. She stayed with me all the way to the finish line. The boots are beautiful, just absolutely, gorgeous. I'm glad I purchased them. I will be ordering more items from this seller.

I like the products you offer but I suggest you provide an anticipated arrival date when an order is placed and offer expedited shipping during checkout.
