Terrible reviews

I found you site via a google lens search for pink wedge shoes. I loved them on first site and they were so unusual and gorgeous and no one else had them. Obviously I haven’t received them yet but so far the experience has been perfect. You website is easy to use and I got 15% off and free shipping too.

It was really easy to place order. This is my very first purchase, I’m excited to receive the boots, and hopeful of the quality and fit. 🙏🏾❤️

Horrible experience!! They make cheap knock-off shoes in China and use real designer brands photos to falsely advertise. The shoes I received were falling apart, looked nothing like the picture advertised, and smelled strongly of superglue. The company wanted to offer me a $20 refund (I paid $100), then wanted to offer a free exchange, and then finally gave me a full refund after much back and forth for days. Such a pain to deal with. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and buy authentic shoes!

Shopping was easy on site. Like the idea that refunds or exchange can be done.

Nicepairs have gone beyond their call of duty to make sure that my experience would be quite satisfying and an easy exchange of my shoes. I ordered the Brown T-Strap shoes in size 4.5. I've worn sizes 4 and 4.5 shoes my enter adult life, but this pair was truly different. It was much too large to my surprise. I'm not only getting the shoe size replaced in size 4 but was told by Xueqin Fu, NP Support Team Member to keep the 4.5 shoes and give them to someone in need or donate them. What a blessing!!!

Easy and exactly what I was looking for These are for my daughter so when can wear to my granddaughter's wedding. Haven't received yet so I really hope they fit.

Ordering and processing order was easy and convenient.

Counterfeit shoes. You're not getting what you paid for. The pictures make the shoes look high quality, but what arrives is a cheap knock off. Request a return? You'll be offered money back to just keep the fake shoes. Sizing is wrong. Brand is made-up or unrecognizable.

This company has been terrific to work with. I have a larger foot, and have had difficulty finding cowgirl boots. The first pair I ordered from this company (I ordered larger) and they were still too small. Nicepairs took the time to get actual measurements and video of my feet for accuracy to their sizing, and actually sent me a replacement pair in a new size, with no added cost to me. They were very understanding and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for the quality and experience.

I love the selection of shoes and boots you offer. I like knowing your shoes and boots are made as order, I like the style and selection to choose from and you use natural materials.

Never bought from them but they are selling counterfeit of well known brands. I recognized a knock off of a genuine pair I have. I know the real brand well and am a repeat customer, so I new what wasnt right about them on sight. Judging from other reviews, cheap materials are also used. I wouldn't waste your money.

The site presented good size and angles of product. Would have rated higher if the production details (materials used, etc.) were closer to the product description (style, uses, etc.). I lost time searching to read if shoes were plastic, rubber, and such need to know matters.

Large shoe sizes for women are hard to come by. The site was easy to navigate. Thank you

Awful Awful customer service. Stole my money without providing an exchange or refund! Nice Pairs says it is the customer who has to provide proof of return!!!

Defective shoes! The order took 3 times longer than promised. The shoes arrived defective, and I mean really defective. As per their return policy, they would refund return shipping if it was a manufacturer defect, but they refused to honor that. Bad business practices....bad customer service. Won't buy from them again.

Google search took me to your website. Ordering was easy.

My order took too long to come in and the quality is a joke. I only wear authentic designer cowboy boots. The boot itself is made of fake leather and are not comfortable at all. Do not order from this company. I am keeping the boots because it is too bothersome to send them back. Never again!
