WORST COMMUNICATION EVER. I’ve emailed this company now 4 times, no response whatsoever. I just want a refund before my order is shipped and I guess i’ll never get it due to the negligence of this brand.

The shoes I purchased were amazing. I have had 2 pairs customized to fit my slim calves and they have delivered beyond my expectations. Customer service is top notch as well; very quick in responding and they stick by their product. Do not hesitate to purchase. I will be purchasing more!!!

I ordered my first pair of heels from Nice pairs because they specialized in hard-to-find sizes for women. I ordered a navy-blue strappy heel in size 4.5. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and how they actually looked like the picture.

My experience was great. I order Denim knee high boots. I had them customize to my liking, and I must say I love them. They arrived today and fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I'm currently customizing another pair of shoes. I highly recommend this site.

FSJ Customized my Denim Mule Clogs. It was worth the extra $25 for the color I chose.
When it comes to an error the company is fabulous in making sure I get exactly what I asked for. I am ordering another custom denim in the next week.

This company is a total scam. Beware buyers! You will not be able to return a pair that doesn’t fit you. The company will not respond to any of your emails and will not accommodate you with any returns. Will never buy anything from this company!

Superior customer service - yes, as other folks have said, size up or measure length and width (widest part all the way around the foot). You will not be sorry - they were so friendly, helpful, and prompt.

I love these boots. I let my sister try them, she is hooked, ordering her a pair too.
I was not sure what size to order, spoke with the Customer Service, they were very helpful with finding the correct size for me.

The incentives to increase purchasing is poor marketing strategy. It’s kinda insulting. You’d be better off using a rewards system than offering essentially $8-$10 bucks off at $100+ order. That’s not even gas or snacks funds.

Need more Ladies Size 4 options, especially for casual and dressy shoes.
