I had my toilet and sink replaced by them. I gave full information about it and informed that I won't be having any piping etc. and I expected that they would be in the know what would be needed so they would bring all the needing products with them. But for every pipe or accessories he asked me if I have it and going down to get it. It took more than 5 hours (only the work) to remove and implement the sink and a toilet. I had a talk with them afterwards, telling I'm really disappointed that they used too many hours and they were really not cooperative or understanding. This amount of hours for a simple task, I have never heard of around me, so what I was thinking ok price for hourly work became too expensive. Next time, definitely I will use some other companies.

As I told you in the email, i get the price from your employee. Is true, it was a verbal agreement which I can't prove it but I thought you were reliable and the price estimated by your employee is the real one.

In the email I sent you I said several problems, but you only answered the ones related to the invoice.

- I said I might still have water under the floor due to the flood
- Joining the floor with water
- smell of rotten wood

All this happened after I was flooded, but i get no answer from you.

Regarding to your trustpilot answer:

No one changed any pipes under the floor, if someone told you that, they misinformed you
You billed me for an hour and 40 minutes (2x50 min) because your team turned off the water in the building.
(I did the same thing the next day at 6 in the morning because I flooded my neighbor. It took me 5 minutes to do that).

In the end, i need to pay almost 16 hours for replacing a radiator with a new one and turn of another one.

As I said, 16 hours seems like a lot to me for what they had to do, and I don't agree with that.
Unfortunately I can't do anything about it so I'll pay the bill for the all 16 hours.

I am sorry if you are not agree with me, but we see the problem from different points.
