Fully Charged Cornwall

Fully Charged Cornwall - Chris and Adam have consistently provided a superb customer service throughout the 2 years I’ve been dealing with them. As someone who’s worked in the cycling industry I can only commend them for their enthusiasm and commitment. Highly recommended.

Possibly the best E-bike supplier and service centre in the UK

Our company, London Locks Ltd, has used FullyCharged for nearly 5 years now. We've ordered 2 new bikes from them and had multiple dealings on a wide range of issues and every time they have been thorough, helpful and transparent in their execution.

Huge kudos to Dan, Brian and Harry for their continued support and assistance in keeping our work horses on the road.

There is no other company able to offer quite the same level of service with the ease their location affords. 10/10. 👌🏻

I recently contacted Fully Charged to…

I recently contacted Fully Charged to book a repair for a bike we use at our warehouse that was donated to our storage company by a customer who didn't want to ship it to Greece. They refused to accept the booking because I couldn't provide the original proof of purchase. I offered full identification and communicated via our official company email, clearly showing that I'm not hiding anything.

Under UK law, providing valid identification is generally sufficient when engaging in transactions like selling goods to second-hand shops or requesting services. Not everyone retains the original proof of purchase, especially if the item was received as a gift or bought second-hand. This rigid policy overlooks the realities of how people acquire bikes and unnecessarily penalises honest customers.

The representative I dealt with (Bryan) was unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult. It's disappointing to encounter such inflexibility and lack of understanding from a company in the biking community. I hope they reconsider their policies to better accommodate all customers in the future.

Unfortunately we are limited in the service we can provide to non Fully Charged customers and due to the high volume of stolen bikes on the market we are only happy working on a bike if we can see proof of purchase from the original dealer selling the bike proving it is legitimately owned. I would suggest as you know the original owner asking them for proof of purchase and confirmation they have passed the bike onto you. We would then be happy to accept a booking. I hope you understand our position.

Excellent service and range

Highly recommend Fully Charged. All the technicians were helpful and knowledgeable, gave me excellent advice on the best bike for my needs and gave me a great trade in price on my previous e bike.
Three weeks I am absolutely thrilled with my new bike - as are my kids!

Be aware


Get real! You cannot waste my time by sending me to another shop after I’ve already been to yours three times for a straightforward task. Despite paying £238.19 for your service, you failed to deliver. The result was a squeaky finish, and you didn’t even bother to clean or apply the right oil. This is completely out of order.

Great rides. Knowledgable staff

Great online booking system for test rides and service. We wanted to try a few bikes but fell in love with the Tern GSD for a 5 and 10 year old. I want to thank Richard B for his patience and expert advice - he knows literally all there is to know about a Tern GSD. The purchase through cycle scheme was smooth. There was one item missing when the bike was first assembled, but we noticed this before departure and this was quickly rectified before leaving the store. Thanks to friendly service from Bori and Bryan. On the day of our free 6 week health check, they had no Internet but they still turned around the bike and helped fix/replace a bell and strap that had fallen off the bike free of charge.

Received all my ordered products…

Received all my ordered products (delivered from London to North Wales) promptly and a good state. They took the time to talk things over to me via phone and even took the time to reply to my queries over the web chat in a timely manner when I had questions. Due to the large amount ordered and the long distance of delivery, they gave me multiple options of how to receive my products, letting me know the pros and cons of each and what they would recommend, as well as wirking with me so that I could ensure I was at hand to receive the parcel.

Have just ordered the Gocycle G4 !!
I visited the Fully Charged London Bridge showroom where the sales guy George Painter went through in detail the workings of the G4. I then took the bike for a test ride and upon returning spoke to George some more about the difference in the G4 and G4i. At no time was he pushy or rushed, he was a pleasure to deal with.
I have no experience of the servicing team but if George is a reflection of the company I will be well looked after.
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Fully Charged London Bridge and especially George Painter.

Brilliant expertise and enthusiasm

Amazing service, friendly and enthusiastic. Richard heard and understood my needs and directed me to the bike I didn't know I wanted: the GoCycle G4i, an incredible folding e-bike that has already changed the way I experience the city. It's also night and day from my first experience with the store, where I had a very disinterested salesperson (now no longer there), but when I emailed them to say I wouldn't be back, the owner, Ben, personally phoned me to apologize, give me free advice on e-bikes in general, and ask if I would be willing to try them again. I'm so glad I did!

Great selection of bikes

Great selection of bikes and the staff actually use them so can give you real world advice. Bought a cargo bike and for various reasons it was over an extended period of time, never felt that going back and trying models again was a problem, I wasn’t rushed into a decision and I felt comfortable that I was choosing the right bike. These things cost the same as a 2nd hand car so you need to be sure before you spend the cash. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I bought a GoCycle from Fully Charged…

I bought a GoCycle from Fully Charged in the summer and I've been in to see them a few times as my bike had a couple of minor issues. I dealt mainly with Bryan, who was always super helpful. This morning I met Rachel at the service centre who was really really lovely and also very helpful. I had my 6 week health check that was done super quickly while I waited (took less than one hour).

Friendly staff and good bikes

I bought a bike from the London Bridge store, Oliver and team are helpful and friendly, comms are a bit poor over emails but they are always reachable on the phone.
Loving the bike so far and they have a great service centre.
