The best price I could ever found (Patagonia jacket Fitz Roy for women) and the best colour I wished for! (FreshTeal that I couldn't found anywhere else) - I receive the product in less that one week (shipped to Romania). That's really awesome!
Unfortunately, it's not the best fit for me, let's see how the Return goes :)

They say they have a refund policy but it's a scam, when I tried to return a patagonia jacket they said it has been "used" and they will charge me 100 euros for the "use". I only used it once to try it out and their 30 day return policy is bogus and you can be in for quite a surprise. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

this is the second order on funktionelles.de, but I will never make it again! I bought a Patagonia jacket that arrived in an already deteriorated cardboard box and inside the product was in a crumpled and poorly sealed plastic bag with coarse adhesive tape ... and the jacket looks used! I paid them with good money. this is the seriousness of the "good" gentlemen of funktionelles who replied to my complaint that they use used boxes (I keep their e-mail). for all these gentlemen it would be better to go hoeing the fields and not sell sports equipment! Smartino GmbH? No thank you

I have to say that every time shopping was pleasant. Many times we had to send items back as the size was not good but we had never had a problem with a return, and money was back on the back account in no time.
The only drawback is not so user-friendly webpage, apart from that all good, and prices are always the best in comparison to other places.

The price was good, the order went through smoothly, the delivery was quick. I can only commend this shop.

I've been purchasing online from Funkionelles.de for couple of times now. They shipped orders fast every time and even though I'm not located in Germany, I've received my items within few days. All items were in perfect condition, packaging was safe and secure. Their prices are usually better than the competitors and I will definitely continue shopping my outdoor equipment with them. Quick and well priced delivery to the Netherlands. Price of the goods also very good.

So i wanted to buy a piece of gear that was 110 euro's .Shipment for this was 8 euro . I said to myself if i'm paying 8 euro's for shipment i might order a pair of boxers as well . Boxers cost around 20 euro .

Without any notification that they don't have the product i wanted , they sent me just the boxers and refunded me for the main thing that i wanted to buy .

Now i have just an expensive pair of boxers that i've could bought from any shop and save 8 euros and a bad experience using this shop .

Never buying from here again .

I have ordered gear there a few times. My experience is that when it is in stock it just goes smooth and fast. When a item is no longer in stock, communication could definitely be better and hence improve the experience. But when asked for order status by mail they replied same day.
I will keep using them, it is good service :-)

The order of Fjäll Räven Övik Shirt Dress was made 20 days ago and it is still in the same pending status on the website and not shipped. I have tried to contact the shop via mail 4 times, asking what is happening, and got no reply at all. I will wait for 2 more days and make a dispute through Paypal... Do not trust this shop, it is either a scam, or they do not have any customer support.

Other to that it is a very good shop with all the right products.
Customer service doesn’t speak English so bring a German if you give them a call :-)
