If you selected the "Send Back to Me" option when placing your order, a spare envelope would normally be included with the card. However, if the card was sent directly to the recipient, it would arrive without a separate envelope as it is delivered ready for the recipient to receive.

The card was nice enough but arrived…
The card was nice enough but arrived folded several times, it looked incredibly damaged! No do not fold message on it. I was disappointed ☹️

I stopped ordering from FP a few years…
I stopped ordering from FP a few years ago as when I ordered letterbox flowers, the courier would leave the flowers outside in the height of summer and they would die. I thought I would try again and ordered flowers for my m-in-law and the courier company again left the flowers outside on Saturday afternoon (it was 29 degrees). I got several text messages asking me where the flowers should be left and I specifically ticked the box to say to post the flowers through the letterbox. What is the point of this if I am going to be ignored?

The experience was absolutely dreadful
The experience was absolutely dreadful. I don’t know if you have changed your programme but I wouldn’t use you again.
It was trying to personalise the card that was awful. You couldn’t actually see what you were doing. I have used Funky Pigeon before and never experienced these problems.

Excellent service/easy and fast service
I have ordered items in the past and can't fault the service and quality.
On this occasion though I was disappointed with the quality of the product (only a fridge magnet granted)but I could have honestly made my own for less and would have looked better.
