Hard to read
The range of cards was good but for a lot of them I found it really difficult to read the words - I was looking for a card for my sister and despite making my font bigger, I still couldn’t make out some of the words

Great Card, Awful Heroes Birthday Gift
The birthday card I ordered was great! It was A4 size and personalised so very good but I also ordered the happy birthday heroes gift box. Oh lordy it was tiny, 4" square and the box was bashed. Really disappointing so much so that I don't want to give this little bashed box to the intended recipient. It's embarrassing. I'll never order an add on again. My fault as the description does state it's 180g but I didn't realise it would be tiny. The bashed box which wasn't my fault is awful considering the company know it's a gift so more care in the packaging is required. 100% not worth £10. I feel I've been cheated.

NEVER USE!
Flowers ordered on the Friday, still not arrived by the following Thursday. Evri, the delivery service that they use, are absolutely useless, email after email promising delivery, but nothing. How can you run a business like that? Will NEVER use this company again, absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered The Blush and Bloom flowers…
I ordered The Blush and Bloom flowers and a birthday card on the 22nd July, paid a premium for it to be delivered on the 24th July. On the 23rd July I was notified it was on its way. On the 24th July I got an email stating that the courier you chose could not provide the service I had paid for. I got the flowers and card on the 27th July. 3 days late. Why didn't you change couriers so that my order arrived on the day ordered ?
This was the first time in 40+ years that my wife has not received flowers on her birthday. Disappointing to say the least.
