The furniture is not the easiest to put together, some holes don’t line up & used better screws, after we couldn’t get out. This is sorted quickly by the excellent customer service team.

Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process, delivery was quick and had communication all the way. Instructions great all went together smoothly.
Only issue was the connector on the fire pit contacted customer services and they were helpful and understanding and sent a new connector all working. And it looks great and very comfortable worth every penny, thank you

A bit of a frustrating review
The corner chairs themselves are great—comfortable, deep, and simple to assemble. But we’re still waiting for the proper seat base for one of them. The one supplied was for a single chair, not a corner piece, and instead of accepting this, I had to rebuild the chair just to show that it doesn’t fit correctly.
The fire pit table is lovely and easy to assemble, and the fire looks fantastic in the evening.
I’d rate this 4/5, but until the correct chair base arrives, the experience remains quite frustrating.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, we had a small issue with our purchase this was dealt with really quick by furniture max customer service with no issues at all. We had a replacement part within days. Really happy with the purchase and the aftersales.

For the welfare of my dog
I bought the metal low base for king-size mattress so my dog doesn't have to jump from normal heights from my bed to the floor helping her legs. I'm 66 and I find it okay for me to get in and out of bed at a lower height my dog loves it.

I’m actually very disappointed in the quality of my garden furniture. The pictures and video of my corner sofa and table looked high quality rattan furniture but the actual furniture that arrived does not look like rattan but a cheap plastic looking substitute!

Low quality for the price
So the first glass table arrived broken which was disappointing as I was hosting a family event and so didn’t have a table however furniture maxi replaced it very quickly so can’t fault their customer service.
Sofa and table set wasn’t as high quality as I expected for the price, the cushions are very thin and the glass just sits on top of the table so no sides to hold it on and the little suckers don’t do a lot! Like I say just not as much quality as I expected for the price paid but otherwise nice enough
