Free and very quick delivery , it arrived in good condition and when I had a problem with the table top they arranged a replacement and delivered it very quickly. Would recommend the after sales service.

Saw a product on their website randomly and decided to try it out. I first contacted them to enquire about delivery since I wanted to pick a delivery date and response was so quick!
Delivery was arranged by their provider and it was delivered as promised.
Great product (I got a Jola Velvet Foldable Sofa Bed with Pillow 1 Seater), well made and saved me from sleeping on the floor!

Absolutely atrocious service from the outset and throughout. Ordered an office chair for my home office on 6th July. Due to be delivered on the 9th as I need it for work took the day off to await delivery nothing. Called the number and was told they couldn’t do anything over the phone. Had to email, was informed they will chase it up. Again poor communication no response. Called 4 times same response send an email generic reply they will chase it up. Another shopify scam don’t even think they have any furniture to sell and the positive reviews are most likely bots to try to get you to purchase items. Luckily I paid on my credit card so looks like I’m going to have to start a chargeback to get my funds. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. You will spend countless hours trying to get your funds back absolutely horrific company

The furniture looks lovely and is of really good quality. The delivery side of things was unfortunately disappointing. I didnt know when it was going to be delivered because I didn’t receive any delivery updates. Fortunately I happened to be in on the delivery day when it turned up out of the blue. The delivery person said that he would need a hand getting the two huge boxes off the back of the wagon but there was only me in the house. I made it clear that I would struggle but he insisted that there was a smaller box that I could carry. This ‘smaller box’ was taller than me and wider than me, I attempted to move it but struggled. I was shocked that I had been asked to help in the first place, surely they should be double crewed deliveries if they know there are big heavy boxes to lift and deliver. I asked him to deliver around into my garden but he said he could only take it up to the property and not enter so it had to be left on my drive way. The whole order has not arrived together and I had to wait a few more days for the delivery of the final piece to be delivered which was frustrating. I contacted them and they were quick to respond.

We ordered a fire pit table, delivery confirmed and payment took. The day of delivery - nothing arrived. Messaged a few times and they said it's on the way and they'll speak to courier. Nothing heard back. Asked again only to be told it's not in stock and a refund was given. Useless.

Outdoor furniture arrived as per the website picture, very happy with our purchase.

Easy ordering process, delivery was quick and had communication all the way. Instructions great all went together smoothly.
Only issue was the connector on the fire pit contacted customer services and they were helpful and understanding and sent a new connector all working. And it looks great and very comfortable worth every penny, thank you

The corner chairs themselves are great—comfortable, deep, and simple to assemble. But we’re still waiting for the proper seat base for one of them. The one supplied was for a single chair, not a corner piece, and instead of accepting this, I had to rebuild the chair just to show that it doesn’t fit correctly.
The fire pit table is lovely and easy to assemble, and the fire looks fantastic in the evening.
I’d rate this 4/5, but until the correct chair base arrives, the experience remains quite frustrating.

Quick delivery, we had a small issue with our purchase this was dealt with really quick by furniture max customer service with no issues at all. We had a replacement part within days. Really happy with the purchase and the aftersales.
