I am a frequent customer. I always get great service from Stuart who goes the extra mile to understand our requirements. The variety and quality are impressive and if anything does go amiss Furniture Village are only too happy to put it right.

Caroline the sales assistant was lovely explained everything to my elderly dad and I she advised him to try the chairs that he liked as everyone of them felt differently. Decision made and all arranged just waiting for delivery in about a months time.

Recently purchased a sofa and was assisted by Patricia. What a lovely, helpful and patient woman she is! Finally found the right one and it was ordered and delivered very quickly! Normally buying furniture is quite stressful, I find, but Patricia made the whole experience pleasant! So easy in fact, that I came back and purchased a coffee table. Will definitely be coming back for more items in the future. Thanks Patricia!!!

Patricia in the Chelmsford store was a fantastic help when my husband and I were trying to choose new sofas and a dining table last month. She had the patients of a saint and answered all our questions! Nothing was too much trouble.

I walked into Furnitire Village looking for wardrobes. Patricia in the Chelmsford branch helped me obtain the wardrobe I was looking for and also a headboard for my bed. She was very helpful and I made my choice with her help and came out of the shop very satisfied.

Popped into Chelmsford store just to have a. browse around. Always find the staff attentive but not pushy which is a perfect combination for me. Tammy was available to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. Such a bubbly personality who obviously is very knowledgeable and enjoys her job. Although we didn’t purchase anything this time, we will be back.

We visited Furniture Village, Chelmsford, to purchase a double mattress, Ian, the salesman looked after us very well, he was most pleasant, and very professional. We were shown a number of mattress in our price range, before, with his help, and advice, able to make a decision, as always, excelent service from the staff at the store.
