Furniture Village - Cheltenham Reviews 

We recently purchased a Harrison Spinks mattress from Furniture Village in Cheltenham. The service was outstanding from start to finish with an early delivery and the best mattress we have ever slept on. Karen was so helpful, patient and understood our needs. Compared with other stores offering the same expensive mattress this is the service you would expect with such a high end product. The delivery was also excellent.

Justyna at Cheltenham was very helpful and us some useful advice. She did not push us into a sale.

I was so impressed with my experience from start to end. Craig was extremely helpful but not at all pushy – he made it a very relaxed shopping experience. His manager Damien guided us through the purchase process and was really helpful and informative throughout, which I really appreciated. I can’t wait to receive my sofa and would highly recommend Furniture Village.

Experienced salesman in the Cheltenham branch engaged with us on entering the store then left us to browse but appeared whenever we had questions. Very helpful and not at all pushy. Overall it was a very pleasant sofa buying experience.

Ben was very friendly and helpful. Initially after introducing himself he left us alone to browse the different sofas. We really appreciated this. When returned to purchase he helped us with measurements, explained delivery and fabric care as well as offering all the options for payment. Excellent service all round.

spacious layouts, plemty of offers, had the right number and sizes we, pensioners, were looking for. All completed with friendly informed staff, making our experiance a very positive one.

We have shopped many times at furniture Village, we have always received top notch service from any of their friendly staff. Great bunch really helpful and informative on all items we were interested in.

Lovely sales person (Nedge) in Cheltenham store. There was a few days’ delay in delivery as the sofa was part of ‘in stock’ range but hadn’t been flagged as a quick delivery as expected, so for that I’ve subtracted a star. After calling the store however, Nedge sorted it.
Jamie & James delivered the sofa today and were very efficient and friendly. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

We were given a delivery date of our choice . When it arrived the two delivery men were very careful not to do any damage to walls and floors etc . They even took their shoes off. The installation was quick and they explained how to work the recliners. Overall a very good experience

From the point of service in Cheltenham, to the update and delivery information, to the delivery personnel themselves this has been a smooth and seamless process.
