My experience shopping with Furniture Village has been exceptional. From the wide range of sofas, the quality of the designs, and also the execution of the delivery and assembling process was up to the standards we expect.
The sofa we ordered came in nice and clean, and I can tell it was maintained well throughout the shipping process which what I wanted to see.

I would recommend shopping with this furniture company. I have liked the standards they have put in their work with to make great furniture.

I have no words to describe how helpful the sales officer was in helping me select the perfect sofa. I came in with a particular sofa in mind, but he took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me an even better option with a recliner.

What I appreciated most was that he never pressured me into making a decision. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right sofa.

The purchase was straightforward when we visited the store in Enfield. Delivery of our table was quick. Stuart and Ryan delivered and assembled the table and chairs quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them both.

Had a lovely experience, Arafat was a lovely salesman . Purchased 2 seater and 3 seater, storage foot rest, wardrobe and kitchen cabinet…really lovely experience but we missed out on the cookies!

Service is unsatisfactory.Promised date for delivery was not kept. Base for the mattress was not defective.A picture of the defect was taken by the delivery person.Hopefully the will take note of the defect. One of the base holders was broken. The delivery person has informed the company and it will be replaced but no date has been given. One mattress protector was missing. Delivery person asked me to contact the store and collect the missing protector. The mattress is not of the same size of the base. The mattress is smaller than the base
